Hot tub was out of order. Outdoor pool also not operating and looked very run down. Door to hotel room was very loud and stuck when trying to open/close it. Very low budget hotel. Found many dead bugs in the hallway on the way to the pool ...

The price! The staff were very helpful and accomodating. The beds and towels were clean.

Cleanliness, stains and beat up rooms. The room(s)! Need to be updated and renovated. I had to view 3 seperate rooms befpre ai fpund one that was clean enough for me to sleep in.

It was a tastefully furnished room, with a good shower and plenty of hot water.

The heater in the room was loud and kept me up most of the night. I told the front desk staff about the problem when I checked out. Except for the loud fan in the heater, I thought it was a very nice room.

Front desk girl was judgey and rude when an emergency came up and we had to leave early

The hotel should notify guests in advance that hockey teams are staying at the hotel - we had kids running up and down the hallways, playing hockey in the hallways, food, drink and garbage left everywhere in public places (including the pool area!).

Bedding and towels were clean.

No movie channel, pool was closed, room was dirty..carpets, dust, bathroom floor grout, bathtub grout dirty, rust in tub, peeling ceiling in tub, room was warm and air conditioning was preset. Restaurant on site but no room service available.

Room was in motel section of the hotel which is quite old but clean and adequate for what we needed. Cable was n/a and we complained about this the next morning and were provided free buffet breakfast which was very good w/ Hostess that was exceptional.

Motel section needs some upgrading.

The front desk was extremely nice and accommodating.

The room was dingy, dark and dated. The bathroom and carpet looked dirty. I saw a mouse the first night.

The hotel needs some updating. The king bed was not so good.

The person in the adjoining room got a phone call at 3:30 am and proceeded to swear at the person (not the hotel's fault).

Poor customer service Rude hotel manager and audit staff I spent over a week here and a lot of money When waiting for my paycheque to come they kicked me out of the hotel with no place to go in the middle of the night!! Awful people do not stay here

The hotel is old dated smells and dirty.

Right from the start we felt very welcome and had a great experience. Even with covid they offered a continental breakfast which was really good. We would definitely go back to the same hotel but next time get a room with a balcony.

Location & patio door was convenient as a smoker

The wifi strength and signal was horrible in my room & one of the mattresses had a huge dip in the middle which is was quite uncomfortable

Very comfortable rooms and a nice courtyard area.

There was a maintenance issue and communication about the issue from hotel staff could have been improved but I believe they were running on short staff. It was fixed the following morning.

Spacious room, comfortable bed and plenty of amenities.
