Very friendly and helpful staff.

Bathroom sink had a big crack in it, the bathroom fan was very noisy.

The parking space

Some smell of dust, probably from the floor carpet. The double bed room I think was not the best choice for a couple. The bed was too small for us.

Value for money. Friendly and courteous service. Generous breakfast options.

The mattress was too hard. The traffic noise was very evident. The carpeting and pullout sofa looks a little tacky.

They Overbooked and was I left without a room. They offered me a room with a WET carpet instead and refused to refund because of their ¿solution¿ (the wet carpet). Priceline rejected to help me and I was left stranded. I¿ll never use Priceline again

The location.

The bed was squeaking. I report it three time an no one came over. I left a day earlier, and lost that payments but I could not sleep there anymore.

The location was ideal for our travel plans. They accommodated a very late check-in for us.

The shower was broken, light bulb missing in desk lamp, one tissue in box. I called the desk about the shower, no response to my message. Spoke to the young man at the desk and felt he was not engaged at all.

Location

The staff were not customer oriented. The keys provided didn't work twice. So went down to front desk twice to get the key. The staff could have gone to me and handed me over the new key instead of asking me to come down.

Convenient location. Washroom was clean.

The parking lot has many pot holes. The beds were not queen size they were full size. The duvet was in tatters at the edges.

It was quiet

Parking lot terrible hotel needs to be updated sheets very old and thin time for a Reno.

The location

I had to wait 30 or so minutes to check in as I was late and didn’t get to the hotel until after 10 ... the door was locked and I couldn’t find anyone at the desk . I called the automated service 3 times. Finally someone came to the door apologizing.

Location was close to highway and only a few minutes from the waterfront by car. Staff were very responsive to meet any requests which overcame any negatives.

Facility was supposed to be smoke free but our room smelled like smoke. However staff provided air freshner to make up for this. AC was not working in our room, but staff allowed us to change rooms to correct.

I really like this Comfort Inn! Been here a few times now. Great staff and I like the rooms.

When selected the room it said 2 bedroom 2 beds. When we arrived it only had one room. I called the front desk and she said they don't offer 2 bedrooms. Very deceiving and false advertisement. I would've never stayed here if that was the case.

The location is great, plus breakfast in morning.

Was not a 2.5 star. Very date ..old gold rugs, very worn. Small room, crowded

Central location, great breakfast and convenient to load luggage in and out of car for families. Microwave and fridge was a great bonus in room. Cleaning staff and front desk were extremely friendly!! Well done.

Reasonable price. Room was clean. Very nice staff. Definitely recommend.
