- The staff at the afternoon shift was so rude, disrespectful and highly unprofessional. The smell in the hotel was distasteful. More like a smoking jungle
- The bedding was covered in what looked like new and old stains, there was remnants of what looked like bedbugs poop, but may have just been dirt... Still shouldn't have been in "fresh" bedding, and I'd say more but I'm reaching max amount of typing...
