The little cottages were so cozy modern and the lake had waterski competitions

We liked everything, there was 5 adults and two children 3 and 1 so the beach, pedal boats and play centre were enough for us, we were given 3 units next to each other which was perfect

The bugs

Very friendly staff. Due to the unexpected weather, they allowed us a late checkout for only a small fee. The cottage was very clean and modern.

The driveway was covered by snow and made it hard to get to the cottage.

Location and cabin had all required facilities

Shame restaurant closed during our stay and swimming pool access limited times

Great place in the middle of the forest with beautiful lake.

No service at all, when asked for additional blanket and change the bedsheets I’ve got the sheets to change them alone, asked to bring the back the used one, experienced I’ve been brought the towels to change to the reception and got soap! to wash them alone. I use to wash my towels at home, this was the first time to do it at “4 stars” hotel. While 5$ for boat rental is very reasonable price, when on the site written “just bring the life west and use the boat” while it’s not included?

The plate of the Microwave was broken Kayak was off season besides not free as advertised

The towels were old and with stains and also the pots and kitchen utensils. One door in a closet was broke.

not much food selection and no one clearing snow on the walk way which is very annoying. power was cut off from 6am -12noon , not there fault but no notification or support given thou. xmas food menu was only choice n was overpriced ( taste was average only )

The condo itself was really nice, complete and clean

Nothing was open: pool, bistro, restaurant. No breakfast. Poop everywhere on the grass and the beach. No outdoor activities at night time. Reception closing at 6:00pm. Gym and pool closing early (when open at all).

The staff was friendly. It has its only private beach with beach chairs and water equipment (canoe, paddle boards…)

The restaurant is permanently closed except for events. mattresses in the chalet should be changed. you need to ask the receptionist for the keys to unlock the water equipment (kayaks,canoe ….) and we must return one key if we want to use another one. I understand it’s for security reasons but during beach hours it would be nice if it was unlocked.
