The room was very small, but clean. Close to town. Ok for a one night stay.

Quiet area, friendly staff

The location was perfect, very easy to find. I was greeted very kindly. My room was exceptional, quiet, clean and very comfortable. The motel is centrally located, making it easy to access the museums and other points of interest as well as local restaurants.

The Mackenzie motel exceeded my expectations and I could not be happier with my choice to stay there. I have no complaints.

Bathroom was very clean and the shower setup was fantastic. The room was clean and bed comfortable.

TV wouldn't turn on. The heat was not on when I checked in and it took over an hour to get comfortable. The pillow sham was ripped quite significantly.

Not coming back

Everything was in poor condition from the rattley refrigerator and rusted up old stove to the dirty heaters and stained sheets. The tv remotes didn’t work properly and the shower curtains were even stained!

Good location, cottages were clean

Sofa should be replaced, it was a leather sofa with lots of peeling material and was very worn. Towels were a little brown in color but were suppose to be white.

hard to check in and check out..no staff at office. also didn't clean the room during g our stay..we had to go to office several times until we found someone to get new towels and soap

Booked, confirmed and two hours before arrival to check in ,received phone call. Stating they did not have a room or place for us to stay. Saying because we booked through booking. Com there was a delay in calling us to tell us we were screwed. Thanks for that. Geoff parker

Honestly? Nothing

It had its prime years ago. It needs urgent maintenance and renovation. Two bulbs were burnt, everything was dirty, the "well equipped kitchen" was missing basic things, even one of the forks seemed to need a dentist - its teeth were bent....We talked to the staff. Everything that was missing was brought from another room. I guess the next guess there will not be a happy guest.

The location. Close to everything. Staff are accommodating and friendly.

Shower curtain was dirty and stained. Stove was rusty. Not enough utensils for 2 people. Bed sunk down in the middle, very uncomfortable.

It was clean and comfortable.. The location was also ideal and the staff were pleasant.

There was not anything that I disliked.

Very dirty, floor not mopped, dirty dishes in the oven. Unsure about the bedding.

The cottage was cute and perfect size for 2 in the one we were in. It was a very comfortable and convenient stay with a lovely pool for swimming. We had an older cabin which was fine with us but it also seems they are in the process of updating their facilities.

The bathroom was a bit uncleanly with dirt on the floor and the curtain seemed uncleaned in the shower. Some of the walls throughout had dirt/grime on them as well.

Was quiet, lovely cabin with a kitchen. Walking distance to restaurants. It was July and AC worked fine. Shower was just fine as well. No complaints.

Friendly staff, gave an upgrade to a larger cottage as we needed an extra bed....the cottage was very large and spacious with 2 bedrooms and full bathroom with walkin shower., full kitchen and living room

The exterior was quite out-dated

I was very upset. No pillow.just shams with dirty pillows. It was am awful experience.

Kitchen cottage not the one pictured. Instead it’s a new motel room with kitchen in the bedroom. Outfitting good. Quality build. Good kitchenware choice and accessories you rarely get.

Bathroom ok. Hot water decent. Utensils very barebones. Kitchen appliances basic. As usual bed too high and soft. Comm with staff not easy but friendly. Poor darkness Bc it’s a motel room rather than cottage as pictured, can get very noisy if unlucky to have neighbour. Also you’re sleeping in the kitchen.
