pool area was horribly laid out. You xanr swim in or have little kids in rhe pool as rhey will fet hit with rhe ones using rhe slide. The staff decided to do routine cleaning on rhe hot tub at 10:00 sunday morning! The place was packed, poor planning.

How large the rooms are and having a Starbucks on site.

I dislike how breakfast was not included. Pay a lot of money to not have a free breakfast.

Room was spacious for 3 adults and luggage

We arrived from the airport around 3 am. We had a family member call to tell them the plane would be in roughly around 3 am but apparently their system had us as no shows and took at least 20 mins to get our room . They did apologize

Everything. Service was excellent, staff were great and the experience was excellent. They were great to help even with the last minute addition of being our dog due to her care taker for the trip being sick!

Pool situation was very dangerous. Having 2 toddlers and having to worry they would be hurt by kids running and going down slide 6 at a time. There were not enough adults to watch their children. And parents there were drinking and blocking hall to enter

What I liked most about this hotel was that I played music out of my tv almost all through the night and I didn’t get any complaints.

The room could have been better. For a king suite it was not very appealing. I was expecting more. Also there were any options for snacks/food while I stayed there.

I hate to wait 45 mins for my TV to be fixed and I had to ask my server for food and needs, several times.

Clean, modern hotel with lots of amenities. Friendly and helpful staff. Good in house restaurant with excellent food. Competitively priced and an excellent value.

Number of bath towels and wash cloths allotted per room per day should be increased.

yes, it was our 45 fifth wedding anniversary and we book 2 nights there and we had a awful first night trying to sleep because the thermostats stuck and we could not stop the fan making a loud noise all night.a free night would be appreciated

Location was convenient for our stay, close to McKay Bridge to go to Halifax and very close to shopping at Dartmouth Crossing. Hotel was very modern and comfortable

I found it expensive, and chose it for its location and because we stayed there before when it was under the Ramada name. At that time it was more affordable and included complimentary breakfast. Also, our shower stall leaked water all over the bathroom
