quiet, no traffic sounds. the staff and owners try very hard to accommodate.
there was a dog odor in the room. I should have checked if this motel was pet friendly which I did not. Otherwise it was spot-less.
The owners had a great snack at arrival and breakfast was all homemade items.. Best included breakfast ever. Also. The owners hospitality made it feel like I was staying at a relatives house...very home like.
Superb Staff, clean modern and quiet room and good location made this an excellent stay. Was there to visit my son at university and it was ideal. Would definitely stay there again. Staff and breakfast were wonderful.
