The clean spacious room.

The AC di not get cold enough. The lobby staff was not friendly.

Our mini fridge was not working and we told the front desk on our second day there and nothing was done to fix the problem. Very disappointing.

Was not refunded for the first night. When there was more than enough notice with my cancellation. After being told I would get refunded for the night. Was charged more than the amount told to me upon check in. They pre-authed purchase I did not make

Guest services was great and very helpful and friendly.

Room wasn't anything special. Stains throughout the room and bathroom on floors and baseboards. Bathroom felt dated but worked so can't really complain. Mini fridge was not working upon arrival. Coffee was terrible.

Only thing good about this hotel is the location. Very close to downtown.

Pretty much everything was not good. Had to change rooms 3 times due to staff not checking us in properly and checking us in under someone else name and charging there card. Was charged twice for are 6 day stay. Then an additional $250.00 mystery fee.....

Everything about this hotel was beautiful but the best thing I enjoyed was definitely my room! It was very clean and very modern.

Only thing I didn¿t like was that I had to pay for my parking.

I wasn't aware of the $50/night caution deposit and from it would be taken a $7/night parking fee. I wouldn't have stayed there if I knew this was policy.

We wanted to stay here because of the pool. You could book out time slots to only swim with your bubble, which was great. Rooms were modern and clean.

The pool water was freezing. It looked like there had been on leak in the pool room ceiling that was never repaired. The rooms had vinyl floor instead of carpet, which looked good but again was very cold. There were dirty dishes on a table in the hallwa

We booked this particular hotel to use the pool as a family. Despite checking pool temperatures at night and the following morning, water was freezing cold and we could not swim with children.

Quiet, private and very relaxed atmosphere.

TV service needs major channels upgraded.

hotel was clean with linens replaced each morning after use, comfortable beds; beautiful view.

we were charged extra for parking, and bottles of water that we didn't drink. multiple vehicles broken into in the parking area. coffee machine didn't work and was full of water from previous guests; when we told the staff they said It would be looked at, but no one checked in on it; but we still got coffee from the breakfast area in the morning.

It was a very good location, the staff was friendly and the room was clean and well appointed. We also paid a small amount extra and breakfast was included. Breakfast was very good.

That we had to pay to park. It wasn't an significant charge for one nights parking but, most if not a;; guests are going to arrive by car. Parking should be factored in to the price of the room.
