not advertised as a walk up. and with a person with mobility issues it was not good. also the tv did not work
great downtown location
room was way too small and it had mice and bedbugs. i watched mice run in and out under the door to my room and every morning i got up i had itchy bumps on my body. i think the owners should be advised of this situation
The staff friendliness was impeccable, couldn't ask for a better team of people looking after me during my visit. Location food and atmosphere was fabulous, I found it to very private and no one bothered me while having down time. till next time!!!

The location is great and Magnum & Steins restaurant/lounge is worth checking out. The survey asked to rate the hotel staff but you don't actually interact with them (or see them) so I left it as average.
