I’ve stayed at this hotel in the past and have been 100% satisfied. The hotel is clean and welcoming.

I booked 2 Queen Beds and when we get to the room we have 1 King Bed. We were tied so we settled and did not complain about it. However, the next morning my family was awakening by the maintenance people knocking on the door at 7:30 am.

Bed was very comfortable and location to the airport perfect for my needs. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The free shuttle to the airport was also great.

Location

Because I ordered through a third-party, I was unable to upgrade my room. Also, because I booked through a third-party, I was unable to pay for parking at the hotel while I travel. I was willing to pay for the bigger room, but they would not allow it.

The Holiday Inn Express near YYT is clean and has a delightful staff. The complimentary breakfast is very good. First day of my stay real bacon and western omelet first day. Cheese omelet and sausage second. Lots of choices. Lots of free parking.

Hardly anything Gluten Free available. Even a gluten free bread would be a great addition.

Cleanliness, breakfast, pool

All staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is really close to the airport and easy to get to. With the airport so close to the hotel you never really heard any air traffic passing by.

The bed was super comfortable and the shower was large. A hot breakfast with decent variety was included in the reasonable price. As I needed to leave for a very early flight, the hotel¿s location close to the airport let me sleep a little longer.

Nothing major - the bathroom fan running 24/7 was annoying as the noise made it more difficult to fall asleep. I closed the bathroom door so I could sleep, but that meant having to open it when going to the bathroom in the middle of the night.

The room smelled clean as soon as you walked in. The free breakfast options were way beyond anything that I imagined. The hot food choices were amazing!

It would have been nice to have a small bar or lounge to have a few drinks in the evening.

Swimming pool, gym, breakfast

Room was not cleaned enough when we moved in. We stayed for 6 days, no one ever came in to clean, to change the bed sheets etc. only when we asked, we got some new towels and garbage bags.. Staff is very friendly...

Nice design and layout. A lot of amenities to avail of.

Grout in shower was severely dirty, not something that happens after a time or two of skipped cleaning. Expected better from a chain hotel.

Great convenient location. The rooms were spacious and clean. Good lighting in both the room and bathroom. Inviting lobby.

Indoor pool

Our room wasn't clean. Asked house keeping to clean twice but they only made beds and emptied trash. There was food in the carpet sticky tables , hairs in the bathroom on the counter. Also a bug in a dresser drawer.

Proximity to airport

In the 4 nights my family and I stayed at the hotel our room was not once touched, only garbage was removed after first night.

Clean, great location, pet friendly

When I came home and checked my master card bill Holiday Inn Express charged me $10.00. Don't know why.
