You had to lift on the door handle to close the door to the room and the bathroom door stuck. And they did not use a picture of the motel in their advertisement.

There was a small kitchenette in the room and plenty of parking.

Pool was closed for maintenance. There was a planned power outage, which staff said they were not made aware of?? So we had no power in the morning to get ready or have breakfast.

Room was just ok

The night desk person was useless. Kids running up and down the hall pounding on the hollow wooden floor. Just after 11pm having been woken several times I went to him to complain. He did nothing until told I would just phone the cops for teen drinking

This motel was great, friendly, clean and they also let us check in e hours early which was great. My kids enjoyed the pool as well. My family would differently go back.

Liked the pool and location was easy to find and was close to everything in town

The coffee pot was still dirty from previous guests and there were no coffee creamers for coffee. Continental breakfast was OK but area was very dark hard to see what you are doing

Nice bathroom and supplied well with soaps and shampoos. I appreciated the coffee maker in the room as well. Comfy beds. Good a/c.

Location wasn’t near anything on foot and there wasn’t a place to hang out outside - chairs, garden, etc.

It advertised they had a restaurant and breakfast , neither or. We booked CONJOINING rooms as we have young kids and they put us on the opposite ends of the hotels which was very inconvenient which I’m sure you would think would be the worst of it but nope it gets worse ! we went to out first room 34 and it was small but wiuod due for what we needed then we went to our second room which was my KIDS and I room. Needless to say ROOM 18 , right under the air conditioner if you pulled back the already peeled off wallpaper off the wall the room is FULL of mold and smells like it to boot , I could NEVER let myself sleep in this let alone my KIDS. The housekeeper that worked there even told me to post these reviews or nothing will ever get done about it , 10/10 do NOT recommend

Location was great for the Airshow!!

The air conditioner was loud and smelled funny.

They did change rooms for a working TV however it was sporadic when it worked. They did refund me the second night so I could get another hotel.

Advertised a pool and it is closed indefinitely. So false advertising. And no breakfast. Restaurant was also closed.

Everything was nice and clean as always just wasn't impressed by breakfast and no restaurant i enjoyed there breakfast and looked forward to it then in the morning it wasn't there anymore i wasn't impressed at all

Was disappointed in the breakfast coffee or tea only no where to sit and enjoy it besides the room

The bathtub wouldn't stay plugged

We were traveling by bike so it was very close to cycle downtown and to restaurants. or Erin was clean and the beds were comfortable. great to have a pool.

Rooms were clean. Close proximty to where we attended our activities.

Front Desk person needs to be more friendly. A smile & Good Day would give you a warm welcoming feeling. Hotel does need to be updated.Hi

The location was perfect made our day trips easy to undertake. Close to downtown Summerside. Nice pool to end the day.
