Friendly staff and accommodating, lovely breakfast.

1st room assigned was very dated, filthy furniture, stained pillow cases, spiders in bath, also a terrible odour/sewage smell in the hall and room. We asked for another room, was a little better, had broken lamp shades, very loud a/c.

Location, breakfast was good. Room very nice. Cookies and lemon water at the front desk.

Hotel is getting a little worn down and the rooms were difficult to find.

Location was ideal. Breakfast was good.

Bathroom was small. No hot water on our 2nd day and no ice.

There was no housekeeping done for our second day. No cleaning or renewal of coffee items, beds not made.

The front desk people were extremely friendly and an amazing breakfast!

Unfortunately we had neighbours who were rather loud and arguing.

It was close to what we wanted to do in Summer side.

Room key was hard to use at pool door.

Location was great. Quite and scenic. However the room I got was comparatively bigger.

They charged me wrong amount. However, corrected after I pointed out the mistake. Staff should be more vigilant to make sure they charge correct amount. Room amenities were not like 3 star hotels.

Breakfast was great, with real cutlery (which is always nice to have). Everything was nice and clean. We have enjoyed the charming atmosphere of the place. The staff was helpful, friendly and accommodating.

Not the real downsides but some people may find it helpful. The AC was a bit noisy (typical for a window unit) but the weather was nice enough anyway so we did not have to use the AC because there was no need for it. The TV did not work either but we did not mind that at all, because we travel to enjoy the places, not to watch tv. I'm sure had I pointed that out to someone that it would've been fixed asap.

Transportation system is worst in PEI. Taxi is very expansive
