Canadas Best Value Inn & Suites Charlottetown

The outside patio, the pool , the breakfast

Cute. Local. Little patio set. Heated Swimming pool. Free full restaurant breakfast!!

Furniture was worn.

My door did not stay closed as it kept opening. Lights did not work well and wasn?t very clean.

Large room

Sink was blocked. Telephone didn't work and tv wasn't working

Mattress was soft and sagged at the edges. Breakfast was very minimal but staff was pleasant.

the staff was rude. Got to the hotel they wouldn?t take the same card it was booked with it was a business card & it didn?t have my name on it. I booked two rooms but they only would give me 1 but paid for 2 & had to pay 3rdso we had enough room to sleep.

Location

Stains on pillows Fly unto Spider and spider webs The towels were horrible and all stained The air quality actually gave me an asthma attack and I still don?t feel well

Not much other than it was a motel and our car was right outside the door. Bed was decent.

Spider webs on makeup mirror area and in the bathroom by vanity kickplate. Also spider webs by fron window along ceiling. Breakfast: below average, eggs were tasteless, sausage horrible and the fried potatoes were dry.

There was black mold growing in the shower. The hotel management did not address the issue and refuses to return our calls.

location, price, good pub and food.

I liked the motel a lot. The location is perfect. For the price, this accommodation was better than I had anticipated. The rooms are a little dated but have a microwave and fridge. We will stay there again.

The staff was so polite and friendly! Bagels and bread dough, breakfast with homemade bakery and they were amazing.

Swimming pool

We didn't like the fact thT they wouldn't offer to carry our luggage up to our first choice e of rooms so they ga e us a room on groun d level

The location was prime for touring both sides of PEI.

No outside trash can, staff could not accommodate a simple request.

Run down hole

Location

Breakfast was good

Rooms are in need of a renovation

Kids in the pool

Very clean room.

Excellent value. Friendly service

A little cramped as there were a lot of people staying at the hotel, holiday weekend and Jack Frost festival. Sausages were good. Food was hot.
