Comfort Inn Charlottetown

No laundry facility. Only one ice machine and it was on the first floor only, meanwhile I was on second floor.

take my luggages to the second floor room very difficulty.no elevator,just is stairs.

Location was ok.

For the price paid (CAD315), it could have been cleaner and nicer. Overpriced and need renovation.

The Staff!

We were put beside ALL the people who failed the COVID test, and were put in Quarantine , for 10 days! I was not to impressed by this! The security guard on our floor was very vigilant about making sure these people STAYED in there rooms!

Staff were friendly and professional. Great location. Rooms well appointed. Bed very comfortable.

3 things 1) both sink and shower drains were very slow 2) the first time the toilet was flushed the tank did not refill but after I moved the float it worked well afterwards. 3) the card reader for the side entrance took many tries before it worked

great place for a qucik night of sleep. Rooms are nice and clean and staff was excellent. I would stay here again for sure ! Highly recommened

The room was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was awful. The waffles are OK but the powdered eggs are terrible, I'd much prefer if they served real hard boiled eggs. The coffee was Nescafe, I would never touch instant coffee, please just have a pot of real drip coffee.

A little bit loud. There was a wedding with loud music at night.

The location was Great!

The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Our first night we had 2 hours of sleep because there was a couple fighting with eachother for 3 hours and no one complained in the entire hotel I had to finally call the front desk.No Apologies or anything

The Staff were excellent & very helpful....... Our room was very clean and pleasant with lots of room for us. The breakfast was very good with a hot breakfast if you wished. If we return to Charlottetown, We would re-book the Comfort Inn-same plan.

Front desk and staff serving breakfast were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The hot part of the free breakfast (scrambled eggs and sausage) was not very good.

Location was great. Near grocery stores and places to eat, not too far from Brackley Beach or Cavendish.

It's not all that family friendly. No pool and the breakfast area was extrememly small and crowded. We ended up having to take our food back to our room because there was nowhere to sit together.

We find that Comfort Inn provides a lot of quality for the price. I was pleasantly surprised that the rooms were so nice. I have not stayed at Comfort Inn for a while but would highly recommend them to travelers for the consistency of value.

The staff was really great.

There should have been an elevator to get heavy luggage to the second floor.
