- It's the bottom half of a duplex; owners live upstairs and keep late hours (can hear their footsteps). She's also high-strung: dispatched multiple email and voice messages to arrange check-in, banged on our door at 8am to require us to turn off a fan.
- This was a basement in a suburban house! You should tell customers this detail. We declined but owner had a cottage near New Glasgow which they offered and we accepted. They tried very hard to please us at this point . I would recommend the cottages.
