Wasn't as clean as per rating, dated

The staff were working at top level! The pool and hot tub were lovely.. lots of towels. Ice machine was empty.when we got there (needing ice), our coffee station had been used. No refills the next day. Nice view..but not worthy of the cost

That they let our kids, be kids. It¿s always clean and nice. The staff are wonderful and very helpful.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I liked the room decor and my view wasn't of the water but it was pretty. The bathroom was extremely clean. The housekeeper did a very thorough job. I liked the lighting in the bathroom and the little reading lamp.

There should be a microwave in the room. There was a hole in the sheets and a rust stain under the pillows. The bathroom had worn places like the mirror. The room coffee is so bad.

confusing about check-in and car limit. Got 3 separate charges on my credit card from the stay.

Clean, convenient, comfortable

I had major issues with my billing and I don't think it has been resolved yet though they are telling me it is.

The staff is very friendly, the on site restaurant is a plus and the staff treat you as a person with the reasonable price. The front desk staff even offer us cold bottle water on the road after we checkout. Cannot ask for more. Thank you for the hotel.

Loved everything about it except that they charge for parking.. Staff were so good to us, loved our room & so love the location!!!

Only disliked that we had to pay for parking

Location...easy walk to waterfront boardwalk with shops, yacht club, bars...

Stairway entrance should have "EMERGENCY EXIT ONLY" signs. None on the third floor, it just had an exit sign. We walked down 3 floors to find an emergency exit only with an alarm. We had to walk back up......

Downtown/central location

The washing machine wasn¿t working. The dryer had sand in it. The washer and dryer need to be maintained.

We had checked in at 11 and someone was there at the door to meet us and explain covid measures. It was very clean and had a great view on the 6th floor. The rooms were perfect!

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the view from the room was amazing and the room was very comfortable.

Only downside was that parking was available but at an added cost.
