Great location, friendly and very accommodating with check in time when we arrived early after a long flight!

Friendly staff… clean and comfortable beds. Location is wonderful there are lots of resto nearby.

On the positive side, we liked that guests could access the kitchen at any time for drinks or snacks, and there were affordable drinks available to buy, which was a nice touch.

We were really excited about staying at Sonata Inn, as the photos made it look charming, romantic, and a bit more modern. Unfortunately, in reality, it felt quite different.To be fair, the place is very clean and clearly well maintained, but it’s also quite worn and dated. The charm of the dining room was a bit ruined by plastic table covers meant to protect the tables—they really took away from the atmosphere.There was some construction going on nearby, which we didn’t mind, but what bothered us more was the dirty and neglected front area of the building, especially right on the veranda—it just didn’t feel cared for. Still, we saw other guesthouses in Charlottetown during our stay that looked much more beautiful and inviting. So for our next visit, we’d probably try a different place.

The staffs were friendly and very kind.Breakfast was good. Welcome tart was nice. It was good that they had salad and fresh fruit. Location was good.

Bath towel hanger right next to the bathtub would have been plus.

The room was noisy as it was adjacent to a stairway with creaky steps right at the headboards of our bed. Also, the futon in the room wasn’t fit for a dorm room. It was dirty and disgusting.

The breakfast was very good. Also the fact that there was always fruit, yogart, coffee etc.. available all day.

We were pleased with everything.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable and clean. Very quiet. The staff were great. Breakfast was incredible. Location was perfect. Nice to have parking and laundry services available

No staff to be found…we were at the desk many times with a couple questions/matters…calling no answer…leaving messages…even ringing outside buzzer all by and before 8pm No one

The inn is very cozy and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. There is a small lounge area where you can play cards or hang out. It is very close to downtown so you can just park your car and walk everywhere

Wonderful staff and great location

Walls are thin and a bit of noise but the staff were helpful in managing noise! Overall a great experience

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice room, didn't get breakfast as I left very early. Great location close to downtown center. Comfortable room, although bathroom was a little tight for space. Overall really enjoyed.
