Our room was magical-like a Fairytale. Easy walking distance to pubs and restaurants. They had a breakfast I could eat and it was delicious. Absolutely enchanting!
Quality of service of the staff. Hotel employee and other staff provided excellent customer service. Location to downtown Charlottetown was super! Outstanding complimentary breakfast.

The realities of a historical building.
The room was old and not in a good way. The staff had very poor communication skills. The staff person showed me the room but didnÂ¿t explain how to use the TV which had mostly pay options. Also I had no idea how the heating controls worked.

Location and space. Quainter then regular hotel room!

The bathroom layout was not ideal. Was brand spanking new but shower setup leaked water into toilet area. Other then that everything was great!
