Pros +
- the bed was comfortable and the fridge was handy
- The price for the family suite
- Very clean; large room with coffeemaker, fridge, microwave, and kettle; ample hot water; working elevator; breakfast until 10 am - I appreciated having almondmilk on buffet
Cons -
- elevators did not work and I saw that when I booked HOWEVER, there should of been staff to help people with luggage especially the elderly like me; the continental breakfast was least to be desired- there was no decaf coffee, the bagels were like rocks
- Room next to elevator could hear it going up and down
- We've stay at this hotel a few times and every time we ask for a late check out, we seem to always get denied ...it's nothing crazy but just a bumner
