The motel needs upgrading and the sign above the motel needs painting.
Some of the lights in the bathroom were burned out and the bathroom thermostate did not work properly. The carpeting in the room was old and stained....shoukd be changed to vinyl flooring. The room had no telephone.

The staff were excellent. They were welcoming and made you feel at-home. The room was a basic room with a bed and TV.The bed was very comfortable.
There was no comfortable chair to relax in. There was only two straight back table chairs.
This motel doesn’t look much from the outside but the interior of the rooms is excellent. The staff in the restaurant were very friendly. Neguac is a little hidden gem of a town.
The location.
1. You have to go in the restaurant to check in/check out. It just seemed very disorganized.2. There was carpet in the room.3. The T.V. didn't work 3. I was transferred 3 times just to put in a take out order.
