Lots of issues with accessibie room. Promised room not available. Chair for shower not available as alternative. Staff suggested I use a room chair in shower ??

Excellent breakfast and staff! The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Loved our stay.

Breakfast was awful...rubber eggs, stale sausage and potatoes that would be better used to level the wobbly tables. Hotel was advertised as having a pool and HOT TUB, HOT TUB WAS ONLY AVAILABLE IN A ROOM THAT IS DOUBLE THE REGULAR PRICE. NOISE WAS AWF

All the staff was exceptionally polite, nice, helpful, and professional.i like that there are no rooms on the first floor so that the kids at the pool or at the fireplace can make more noise.

I love it closeness to the shopping district. Love the pool with slide.

I was expecting scrambled eggs and bacon for breakfast as I had this at another Hampton Inn. I would like for there to be a hot by the pool

staff were very friendly and attentive. Room was very quiet and clean. Easy access to town and the highway.

Some of the guests were very inconsiderate of other patrons (noise) People running up and down the hall. Loud conversations in the hall at 3:00 am

Rotting bird on the window ledge told them about it and nothing was done so kids spent 2 days looking at a dead bird

Breakfast was supposed to be hot, but it was cold! They served scrambled eggs, bacon, and hashbrowns, but all cold in temperature. No toast, muffins, cereal available. Breakfast served from 7-10, we arrived at 9am. There may have been more options earlier

Friendly staff. Eye contact and a smile when others walk by. Very clean. We asked for a quiet room and were given a quiet room on the 6th floor. The front desk staff and their trainees were so pleasant and helpful.

Do not have a single negative comment. We will go there again!
