Great Location

Shower Curtains need to be washed. They smelled like mildew, which made entire washroom have a mildew smell.

The location was great. Close to highways, attractions and amenities.

When I arrived at the hotel the entrance was dark and unwelcoming. When I checked in, I wasn¿t welcomed and the clerk did not seem friendly. She seemed irritated with me. It wasn¿t until I said I was a previous employee that she became friendly¿

The Staff were unconcerned when I advised them the television being turned on in the Breakfast area at 7 am was inconsiderate to guests in rooms across from the area as the television was so loud it woke me up at 7 am both mornings. They were unconcerned

Bed was very comfortable and the hotel was very quiet.

Clerk at the front desk started serving me upon check in and then made me wait to serve another customer whose keycard wouldn¿t work. She just gave him another keycard for the room he asked for without checking his identity. As a female travelling alone

The furniture covered in dog hair and the new room had a double bed when I paid for a queen.

No elevator for luggages. Small space front desk

TV not up to par for this day and age. Staff member was hard to understand and was rude. He had to call the manager and told people they had to go sit down and wait until he heard back from them. It would be nice to have a hot breakfast again .

The room was spotless and had both a fridge and microwave. The staff were friendly and helpful.
