Close to shopping mall. Renovated hotel and good choice for hot breakfast.

Easy access to highway to Shediac which I wanted and did visit for a day. Breakfast was excellent. There was a wide choice of eggs, yogurt, cereals, juice and fresh fruit.

Not the easiest to access unless you knew the area.

Poor customer service. I did not get the room that I booked for. When I asked the receptionist she said i should have booked directly with them instead of doing it online. They should not be blaming their partners instead provide a solution.

nothing. they changed my booking for the next day and refused to change it back, scamming me out of my money.

Under the bed was dirty and small dogs can get under them

The Staff and Breakfast person

No elevator my wife has a disability. Could not change to the first floor the system was down

the hotel was almost empty but wouldn't accommodate for us to stay on the bottom floor

The shower curtain was moldy

One off the bed had stain when housekeeper came in with aditud toll us sheet her clean stand was on cover matresse well change it she did but you could see she was not happy so me my husban was their for cancer surgery was not please at all

Room was clean and okay. Ventilation system worked as expected and fairly quiet. Enough towels provided. There was a large mall and shopping nearby. Downtown was walking distance for people who like to walk longer distances. HWY access next to hotel.

No elevator--upper floor not accessible for some, heavy luggage could be a problem. 1st floor rooms had an extra charge. Exterior grounds were a weedy mess. Dingy area. Included breakfast was borderline passable. Hair dryer blew a circuit breaker.

We have been staying at this hotel for years. Everything is always perfect. Stayed on the ground floor this time, room was not as cozy as the 2nd floor rooms we always get, but we were just there the one night.

Everything was fine. Staff were very nice, friendly and helpful.

Love the drive up patio door easy acces to car and enjoy seating outdoors. Great location full breakfast late check out options for sleep in

No pool but we went to magic mountain water slides so all good

1. Given room 218 - no heat. 2. Switched to 216, heater works but food from previous guest still in fridge, carpet not cleaned. 3. No milk or creamer avail for breakfast coffee. 4. Clerk didn't seem to care when concerns voiced. 5. Told receipt not avail.

IF you are going to advertise a hot free breakfast, don't use the covid pandemic as am excuse. It has been 15 months which is plenty time to change your website. Also, having a analog television is sooooo old world.

Everything from the excellent service to the helpful staff, clean room etc, there isn't much to NOT like about this hotel!

I did not like the hotel at all

Yes. The staff only spoke in english and we had a hard time comunicate. The sheets in the room were not dry, it was humidified. And there was a worm in our bed like 1 to 2 inch long, alive.

Very cramped. Very damp smell.

This is an older motel but it has been completely renovated from top to bottom so it is very modern looking and clean.

The location isn't great especially if you want to go exploring on foot. However, it is convenient if your main purpose is shopping at the Champlain Mall which is close by.
