Location, price, friendly staff

Comfortable bed and tasty breakfast.

Carpet in the rooms could use a refresh.

The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable.

The staff were friendly when checking in, but really shouldn¿t be saying room numbers out loud when checking in. It¿s a safety issue.

Comfortable beds, nice breakfast. It’s my default place to stay when I’m flying in and out of Moncton airport at inconvenient hours.

Breakfast is always a bonus. My experience this time was great, as was the last few times with the breakfast when I've stayed.

No cream rinse in the shower, the pump bottle was completely empty. I usually bring my own. But didn't this time.

Loved the cleanliness, location, breakfast, friendly service. The soap dispensers were nice.

The bed could have been softer for my liking but I tend to like softer style beds.

I’m older and have some health issues and I found it harder being on the second floor and it being very cold winter evening my car was parked quite a distance from where our room was situated

Location was easy to find.

They said they upgraded me to a family suite which was nice but it really didn’t suit my family as we were 3 adults and really didn’t fit in the bunk beds. I reserved a room with a queen bed and pull out couch. So it really wasn’t an upgrade, more like a downgrade.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this location.

Room was comfortable, clean, and easy to access

as soon as we walked in everything was perfect. super friendly staff. our room was clean and well maintained. great location. had ham and eggs for breakfast. easy check in and check out.

The only thing I don’t like is the heater in the room is noisy. I was awake a lot through the night when I would hear it kick on.

Nothing really

I had hair of grossness in my bathtub,my neighbors were noisy even I had asked for a quiet area . The eggs were bland at breakfast very very dry, the bacon was overcooked. Only good thing was muffins and toast . The tables weren't cleaned after each person that used them . For the money I had pd for my room it was smaller than I had imagined and the value wasn't the greatest. Pillows were not good , toooo soft. Not alot of channels on TV. I think they should have tile floor as carpet was gross from people coming in and out from outside . I think should have been a door of some sort on the extra room with bunk bed. Won't be staying again.

The rooms very comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was great. I will definitely back there again.

The breakfast was more appealing than the usual "breakfast included" buffets. The dining room was very clean and the food displayed in an appealing way. Our room was very clean. We were traveling with a dog and we had a door leading directly to the outside that was convenient. The bathrooms have obviously been recently renovated. The staff were absolutely gracious and kind from the moment of check in until we left.

My husband would have liked a gym.

It was clean and the room was ready when we arrived . Staff helped where we needed it
