Pool area dirty and pool bathroom by pool was pretty dirty and rusty cabinet did not look good 😳

Room was not the greatest, stains on carpet, one bed was caved in, toilet almost on floor, sooo low

I liked the friendly staff and the hot breakfast the next morning.

Yes the pool and hot tub were not maintained. There was a dirty ring around both the pool and hot tub, it was very off putting.

The walls in the bathroom were dirty around and under the sink, it wasn't very nice to look at as it looked like something had been sprayed all up the walls.

Only booked because of pool and hottub and location and pool and hottub were closed down and not available. I believe a discount should have been offered. I will not book through you again. Awful experience for the price paid not what l was quoted!!

I liked the breakfast and that there was a workout room and the little restaurant rooms were also good size and loved the tub and the AC was a big plus

Rooms were dirty. Beds were broken. Pool was not operating during a hot day.

I did not like that when I booked online there was no note that the pool was not working, I booked with my two young children and my boyfriend where we were celebrating his 40th birthday. Also we had to pay 250$ cause I paid with my debit visa..

The website stated breakfast was included. Upon arrival, we learned that it was a bagged breakfast - this really should have been notated on the website. Due to dietary restrictions, I would have been able to plan better

NO HOT WATER DURING THE WHOLE STAY! BATHROOM DIRTY. THE BED MATRESS WAS BOWED IN THE MIDDLE WHERE IT MADE IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR 2 PEOPLE TO SLEEP IN THE BED WITHOUT FALLING INTO THE MIDDLE! EXPIRED YOGURT FOR BREAKFAST! MANAGER STILL HAS NOT CONTACTED BACK

Very clean, helpful staff, big tub, lots of hot water and pressure shower. Every amenities in room that we needed. Lots of towels in room.

Coffee maker was one small cup hot water maker that was leaking so slowly...so did not work for me.. the breakfast was real cheap and surved in a brown paper bag.Online doesnt indicate need reserve for pool and spa They were fully booked at check in..

Called front desk 4-6 times but no one answered. Had to go to front desk to get issue fixed.

It was in a good location. The staff was friendly, and the hotel overall was quite clean.

The bathroom doors were a little awkward, and the sink and tub were very dusty.
