Room was beautiful, breakfast was good and staff were friendly

We absolutely loved the hot buffet breakfast. It had lot's of options that will please pretty well anybody. We really enjoyed the fire pit located outside the main lobby. The staff was exceptional; they went above and beyond our expectations.

We found the beds in the room a little uncomfortable as the mattress seemed uneven. The mini room fridge also didn't get as cold as it should as our drinks were still a bit warm after being in it a whole night.

Room was nice and clean. Bed linens and towels were nice Hotel was clean and well-kept. Breakfast was good. Staff where helpful.

Staff wrote wrong room number on card. Sent us to wrong floor. Had to go back to lobby, wait in line again and get right room. Room was dirty. Nail file on the floor and a stick on fake nail as well.

The rooms are a great size for the family.

Staff were very pleasant even called room after the check in to see if everything was okay. The staff are friendly and courteous, when I was checking out the lady cleaning the floors stopped the vacuum to not interfere with the conversation with the front desk person. Very professional.

The hotel felt warm, cozy and calm. Our guestroom was spacious and comfortable, and very clean. Breakfast was included in the price, and it was plentiful and delicious. The staff was lovely.

I was over for a medical procedure which required me to be at the hospitalat6. Most hotels offer a medical rate which you didn’t. That is a big disappointment as it is perfectly located

The only negative was with the room. On booking, I specifically booked a room with a tub. (Accessible room). On checking in the girl asked me if I needed an accessible room. I said no as long as it has a tub as I had 3 grandchildren to bathe. On entering the room, it has a shower, no tub. That was a negative but rather than go back down with all our luggage, we stayed

Close to all activities I was attending , nice rooms … spacious there was a sofa in our room which I think rolled out into a bed …

Not enough outlets by the bed. Both people in my party had Cpap medical devices but there was only one outlet beside one bed.

Great location next door to Avenir centre as we were in town for a game. New hotel so very nice and fresh.

Lack of vending machines. With kids it was tough to get late night snacks. Otherwise everything was great.

Great location, very comfortable beds, excellent breakfast buffet (kid friendly options). Hotel is still quite new, stylish, and clean. Excellent restaurant attached to ground level.

No real complaints but the water pressure in our shower was low, room on the third floor.

The service was great from the first smile when we walked in the doors. Everytime we walked by the desk we got a very friendly hello and smile. the breakfast was amazing, the rooms clean and comfortable and the staff went over the top to make us feel welcome.

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Other than that, we had an amazing stay.

The blankets on the bed were very uncomfortable. Don’t know what is was, but certainly wasn’t a comforter.

Location was perfect for attending a concert at the nearby Avenir Centre. Room was very nice and clean and quiet. Nice breakfast included
