- Great staff and really good restaurant
- We were able to check in in the middle of the night and the front desk person was wonderful. The room was large, clean, comfortable and attractive. The heating/cooling unit was quieter than average. Everything exceeded expectations
- Staff at the Desk was friendly & helpful.¿¿ The cleaning staff too. Room was clean and we got one on the waterside w nice view.Heated pool open gd hrs. Breakfast is ok. They have eggs sausage w toast, bagel or muffin. Yogurt, banana, apples 4 cerea
Cons -
- Yes, dog fees are very high specially that we left the place clean and they deduct it twice.
- Just wish shower water was a bit hotter. And wish breakfast wasn't just 6:30-9:30am. I think it's fair to say that when some people travel, you sleep in a bit. So something like 6-11am would be perfect. Otherwise, NO complaints.
- Some of the front desk staff members are rude and ignorant towards the guests, the Pool was very cold and my sons could only remain in the pool for about 10 minutes , then their lips were turning Blue. I asked the front desk gentleman was told too bad.
