Nice rooms but overpriced. We had 6 rooms booked. Far too long to process payments.

The restaurant turned us away the night I arrived as they could not accomodate the size of our party. Well over an hour for breakfast to arrive the next day and part of the group had to leave. We were there for the burial of my mother. Poor service!!!!

rooms where warm and clean

pool room was cold and every other hotel i ever Ben do give free breakfast with stay but they didn't i asked why she said its because we have restaurant open to pubic to hard to keep track of well for one that ant my problem

Front desk staff were great. Decor was simply beautiful.

Restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. Not enough staff. Very slow..waited 45 mins for a breakfast which was not as good as McDonalds. Won't do that again. Dining in the evening was good but slow as well.

The room was a little dusty and the air conditioner was confusing. The temperature was either comfortable or too hot.

The “handy work” that was done looked like it was done by an inexperienced contractor. Bathroom door handle falling off. The caulking around the bathroom fixtures was awful. Wallpaper peeling. Not well maintained at all. No complementary breakfast and the hotel restaurant super overpriced for what you get. One meal cost you $40 and it’s the equivalent of going to McDonalds.

Good location and decent restaurant.

Housekeeping seemed short staffed. We never had any service to our room before early evening.

The location right on the river is perfect. There's a walking path that you can follow for quite a way. There's a good restaurant, and we had drinks and a lovely dinner on the patio by the river while watching the sunset. We were able to park right outside our ground floor room - very convenient for loading/unloading.

Everything was fine.

hotel felt very expensive & nice, like a spa

our room on the ground floor faced the parking lot and we had someone park in front of our room and sitting in their car for hours with their headlights shining into our room. car doors slamming multiple times & knocking on our windows made us not feel safe. the staff was nice about it and gave us a new room on the second floor.

What a gorgeous place to stay! The room with a view is worth it, and it is so nice to have a walk out to your own sitting area. We hot some gorgeous pictures of the sunset. Being on the water was lovely. The front desk girl was not overly friendly, and I found that disappointing. The restaurant is attached, and it was just okay food, nothing fantastic for the price. The beds and pillows were super comfy, and the room was lovely.

The staff could be friendlier. The parking can be confusing but easy enough to figure out, and there is quite a bit of it once you do.

The location was great, right on the river and an easy walk to local eateries. Staff were very friendly.

Pool not accessible , this is the second time we've stayed with no warning about pool closures. We are considering moving locations fie next visit.

Location on the river

The building looks nice but it's noisy inside. You can hear people in the next room and in the hallway.
