The room. Spacious, clean and comfortable

There were empty dirty dishes outside our room when we checked in and still there the next morning! Seems like a lack of housekeeping. And, it wasn't just our room, as you walked through the hallways several rooms had similar items outside their doors.

Very nice room, but very noisy

Too much noise at night and early morning. Room was a communating one and not sound proof

Beaucoup de bruits provenant des autres chambres puisqu’il n’y a pas de tapis. On entend assez bien ceux qui marchent en souliers ou sur les talons, ou ceux qui parlent très fort.

It was convenient and a good price

The room was very dirty. Especially the floor. The shower curtain was yellow and didn?t look clean.

Wish it had a pool

The rooms were very quiet in spite of a wedding event going on. My room was just above the dance floor so I was quite concerned, but I a slept like a baby.

Nice location.

The shower grout around the tiles was discoloured and looked dirty. Also, the hotel had NO soap to provide the customers. I stayed here two years ago and it was great then, but it is not as clean and well looked after anymore.

Easy to find

The floor was dirty, the wait staff in hotel had clothes on that looked like it hadn?t been washed in weeks.

Location, pet friendly, tidy.

Food is so, so.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We loved the location, quiet and safe. The fixtures/decor was l updated and modern, with a cozy feel. The room was clean and convenient.

The towels/face cloths need to be replaced, with hanging threads on them and "worn out" look. The mattress was not comfortable, woke up in the night with sore backs. The shower did not have a sliding door and had a narrow opening to get in and out.

I like the location of the hotel. The bed was comfy to.

House keeping sucked. They didn't even clean or make our beds over three nights. One night had a domestic situation that kept us up till 4am.

I have a gluten-free diet and there were not good options for GF eating at the hotel. It would be nice if they had a few items that were healthy and gf. Also, nearby stores did not cater to GF and the pizza take-out was not recommended for celiac people

Room was disgustingly dirty! Food on floor, hair in shower, coffee cups had stained coffee rims, dusty everywhere.

Staff are very welcoming and have responded promptly to 2 concerns we have experienced during our stay.

Duvet cover was really dirty, Called the front desk to replaced it; and there was a dog barking beside our room. After an hour of barking, I contacted the front desk to do something about it. The next morning, I questioned the policy on dogs left alone!!

Yes - Firstly the receptionist said I couldn't book in as they don't accept debit cards for security deposits (She claimed she was the manager. She then said she would take $--- CAD as deposit. So after finally getting into my room I was then kept awake.

Drinking Glasses were all dirty and one was chipped. I don't think they are cleaned in a dishwasher! My socks picked up dog hair from floor

The front desk staff were excellent. Staff took very good care of us from the moment we walked in. The lady at the bar/restaurant was also very attentive. Friendly staff throughout. We had the Buffet breakfast; not great nor bad.

Great access from the highway. Clean room. Comfortable bed.

Hall and common areas looked like they could use a vacuuming
