Four Points by Sheraton Edmundston Hotel & Conference Center

Very clean, comfortable bed, well stocked, nice looking room, good amount of space.

I didn't like the over-crowded parking lot across the street. It was difficult to park my truck, but I managed it okay. Also, I found that this room was far too over-priced. Very shocked at the cost, but I do understand that it was Labour Day weekend.

Room was not clean,only one toilet paper,no Kleenex.

Beds were really awful, staff was unwelcoming and entire hotel was below Sheraton standards

Foggy windows couldn?t see out. One roll of toilet paper

Didn?t get the room we reserved because of ? housekeeping issues?. 4 of us and had to sleep in one king bed and a roll in cot. Cot was comfortable bed was not very. Mattress soft. Woke up with sore back. No fan in bathroom.

The bed was comfortable and the sheets were fresh and clean.

We could not see out of our window due to condensation between the panes of glass. The hotel is very tired and needs an uplift.

Booked single queen and no charge upgrade to 2 queen beds! Great, friendly staff with on site restaurant with good food.

We were pulling an enclosed trailer and would have like more walk too places.

Long hair found on sink in bathroom...not mine Jr hockey tournament in town so hallways very loud with kids running all over. Playing "hall hockey"

Front desk staff greatest us at 12:30am we had been on the road about 2 hours more then planned. So nice and welcoming

You said we would be in one of three Casino hotels. We we¿re across the highway and a couple miles from the casino!!! About as far away as possible in that town!

The room was quiet and very clean. Bed was very comfortable and the water pressure was excellent.

Would have liked a Keurig coffee maker in the room.

Placement of guests with dogs, young children. Somewhat disruptive in trying to sleep after several hours of travel.

Carpets in halls were stained, carpet in room gave off a bit of a stale smell, the humming of air conditioner going on and off in the night a little annoying, but got used to it.
