no elevator and staff didn‘t offer to carry the suitcases … since we were two women it would habe been appreciated a lot if he had offered it; no hair dryer in the room … had to be asked for at the reception; no gluten free bread option although asked for

The smell in the hotel was weird and the carpet in the room seemed old and was not appealing . Would not walk barefoot

Drive up room to patio door. Comfortable beds. Clean

Size of bfkt room seemed small.

The cleaning was a mess, old kleenex on the floor, old soap on the counter, bed sheets not cleans, and i?ll pass.?

Hotel had easy access from the Trans Canada highway and for 1 night it was very nice. Met our expectations - amenities were fine and very clean comfortable room.

No noise from outside or other rooms.

Like most of the motels that offer breakfast service, it starts too late for many travelers. The room was "tired". Wallpaper starting to peel off wall, carpet had lint and dirt right inside the door and around the bed, sheets were stained, A/C was LOUD.

Nice room but I don't think one of the beds was made since hair was on the pillow and some crumbs in the bed. The front desk man did nto give us our wake up call like he said he would.

The climate control unit made a lot of noise.

Coffee was weak and aweful hafa burnt after taste probably the machine could be cleaned

For some reason I had to book my 2 nights separately so was confusing when I arrived I was concerned I would have to check out and check back in

Unfortunately for ---$ the room was not worth it .. I was charged American funds ..very disappointed

Sheets were wrinkled and one pillow had no pillowcase . There was no decaf coffee at breakfast , only white bread .. no sanitizer ..

The bed was comfortable. The hotel itself has gone downhill since we last stayed there. The breakfast buffet was alright but they had no forks to eat with.The windows needed to be washed, floor needs to be washed. All in all it was not a good experience .

It was not worth paying and change to stay there.

Clean and we'll kept room. Comfortable bed and good selection of choice for continental breakfast.

Yelling and crying children in the hallways in the morning for 15-20min without anyone doing anything about it in the early hours of the morning 5-6am. And woman yelling to staff in the reception that could be heard from our bedroom and woke us up.

It was easy to find and access from the highway, the staff were friendly.

When we got to our room, someone had used the bathroom and hadn¿t flushed, so we weren¿t sure if the room was totally cleaned.

the staff were helpful and friendly. We had a large box we needed to store in our room on the 2nd floor and they were very helpful! They handed out numbers of local food places and delivery options which was very helpful. T

I think the stale smell in room could be improved. I think fine for the star level- but perhaps more healthy options for breakfast would be great. cleanliness in the room was fine. the main spaces could be better.

Convenience, rate and included breakfast . . . which really wasn't ready till about 7:30

A bit late getting the hot parts of the breakfast out.

Price and the bagged breakfast was satisfactory.

The furnishings in the lobby were very worn shabby and dirty. Beds were rock solid and old, carpet was stained and dirty, bathroom baseboards were not washed in a long while, quite the build up, the hair blow dryer had no heat and no power.. No elevator

Hotel was pleasant, clean and pet friendly. Specifically, we liked that the hotel did not charge extra for our pet.

We missed breakfast because it closed at 9:00 am. We often get up later while on vacation.

Located near downtown. Cant walk to anything but the drive is very short.
