It is dated.? meaning the carpets, the bathrooms, the furnishings and the decor is past its ?attractive life? and it would be recommendable to upgrade the hotel or convert it to housing for low income units.

I paid for a two queen bed room and got doubles, there was drunk and belligerent men in the lobby who TOUCHED my 5 year olds head and tried to engage him in conversation multiple times, guests and staff talking about politics loudly, using profanity.

The night staff were very nice and friendly

Bathroom light was flickering so much I could have had a seizure, but mostly was the cleaning lady trying to get Into my room at 7am to clean it.

Yes. Very overpriced and outdated. Carpets are disgusting. Breakfast was below standard.

The bathroom had paper towel Stuffed in the vents and the hairy didn¿t work, When we went to pay I asked them if they took CAA and they said they did but they already charge the card and was to told to contact the manager by email to get the discount

That there was no extra charge for pets.

The pool was cold. It should be warmer. The heat does not work well. The restaurant was closed for renovations and that was not indicated to us. The rooms said they were non smoking yet they smelled like smoke.

The hotel needs to be upgraded; it is tired and run down. The air conditioner sounded like a freight train so had to shut it off to sleep. Decor in room was outdated, no fridge or coffee maker. Breakfast was very basic; coffee/juice watered down

I like that the breakfasts provided, the staff was friendly

The room was very old, small & smelled bad - like stinky feet / shoes. The tv screen quality was bad. The bed were old & a bit stiff. They did not have any rolling cots. The continental breakfast was disappointing - no bacon, sausage or scrambled eggs.

I think the customer service is horrible. The room is outdated green tub/shower lots was damage in the bathroom looks like water in the corners. The air-conditioner needs to be cleaned as it let off a smell and the doors are damaged.

No fridge in my room. It's not renovated. The price is expensive for the quality of room.

Hot tub was very cloudy and dirty, needed to be cleaned, we wouldn¿t go in it and I noticed nor did the other guests

Although slightly dated, the hotel was extremely clean. Good breakfast. Highchair was an unexpected bonus in the dining room.

Only complaint was that the tub drain was very clogged so the tub did not empty while showering.
