There was alot of kids running and screaming in the halls

I stayed for 3 night and requested new towels and have garbage be removed after making this request 3 times nothing was done

Seriously had the best one night stay with my kids during March break. The friendliest hotel staff I¿ve ever encountered. Pool is perfection for younger children! Room was incredibly clean. Definitely recommend for a ¿staycation¿.

We arrived after midnight and the staff was extremely helpful and polite. The room was very clean.

I paid with credit card in advance for the room so my card was on file, I notified them of my flight and arrival at 1 am I did not appreciate being told I needed to leave additional damage deposit or that my room was a 17 degree cold icebox

Nothing about the hotel bud very Disappointed that Your deals are in US funds And the booking was in Canada which confused me and I ended up paying $40 more Canadian for the room that I thought I was going to be paying

Great hotel and comfy bed! Front desk staff was very helpful.

Only thing that could be improved is the breakfast food staff. Most of the hot food trays were empty the whole time we were in the breakfast area which was about 20 min.

Very clean, room was well insulated and spacious.

Bed was not that comfortable, but I am used to a medium firmness memory foam mattress.

Rooms and staff were great

The price for the stay was little high considering the whole reason we took our kids there was for the pool and its very small no room to swim when kids use slide.and little area of deep end thats 4 ft.pool was a disappointment.

The front desk staff called our room about an hour after we arrived to make sure we were pleased with our room and asked if there was anything they could do to make our trip more enjoyable.

The hotel was an older style and could use some updates.
