Well located. Staff friendly and don't lose patient easily. Confortable room and bed. Very clean.

It met our needs and better. nice room nice beds clean

Pillows are to thick. I forgot mine at home. do not like the toilet paper holder with that metal cove and it is out of reach.

Great location overlooking the ocean and close to the festival activities. Lots of room to roam out back, have a picnic, go to the beach, soak up the view. Room was simple and clean. Reasonable price, free parking, free Wi-Fi, free coffee, nice TV.

Hotel was under renovation, so felt disjointed with many parts old and outdated. Restaurant was poor. We were being turned away for breakfast at 10:50am when it closes at 11am. Pushed to stay and were served a lousy meal with a poor attitude.

There is no ventilation in the bathroom so when you take a shower it gets too hot and humid

The light switch to the bathroom was on the outside. If it were inside then using it at night would'nt disturb others.

There was no breakfast, just coffee, but there is a very nice coffee shop just a couple of minutes away. We loved sitting out back and looking out over the Bay of Chaleur in the evening.

Breakfast would be nice as their sign actually indicates that they have meals.

Clean, comfortable & affordable!

Such a funny question! I understood breakfast was included to find out we were off season (there was just one other guest in the entière hotel for the two days we were there)! No breakfast but we still paid the price of breakfast included! However we had coffee in the room! Very nice! There was no view but, that was ok!

I would have liked to know I was going to a hotel that was off season/essentially we were only 2 guests! But, everything was working, heat, electrical, internet!
