Bath tubs / sinks definitely need an update the draining system needs help otherwise excellent

Weird smell in room... One of my pillow smell like cigarets.

I was mostly satisfied with everything, the room itself,the staff,the cleaniness,the continental breakfast.

The only thing was you need to walk in front of the front desk to use the pool area.Maybe there could be an entrance from a side hall

very nice hotel, very clean and cozy,the staff were friendly and very helpful to making our stay the most memorable.

Room questionable, staff ok.

The room was in the basement, with window at ground level. Bathroom with bath insert poorly repaired. Insert not glued down; air pockets between layers. Felt like air/water packets. Corner tiles dirty. Entrance door was too tight and difficult to open.

It was pet friendly. The location was good.

Saw staff at front desk (a.m.) using hands to cover their mouths vs. wearing their masks which should be a big no no given the pandemic and rules set out by government of NB The bagged breakfast was soo carb heavy. A/c didn't work and soo noisy.

Hot tub needs work a little discoloration in bottom and loose tiles

Accommodating staff; indoor pool area that looked inviting but we did not have the time; convenient breakfast time to allow for departure for early travelers. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

No elevator for luggage assist to upper floors. Breakfast is continental, as advertised, so don't expect hot entrees.

I stayed there a year ago and the front desk clerk remembered my name soon as i walked through the door amazing.

No i was very satisfied i will definitely be back.

Located close to shopping, gas station and grocery store.

The television size and quality of the picture was a bit unsatisfying.

The hotel is convenient and well priced. Nothing fancy, comfortable room, reasonable breakfast.

Rooms are very small 1st was Put in a room that was like a dungeon in a basement. Bed are very uncomfortable. Would of had a better sleep if I had to sleep on the floor.

Parking ...... There is not much parking for the size of the hotel,probably du to the amount of snow.

The Waitress at Score restaurant was Dynamic and pleasant and very good sevice!

The man at the desk, stayed sitting to answer me, and wrong direction !
