TrÃÂès mauvais rapport qualitÃÂé -prix. Je suis trÃÂès surprise d'une chambre à ce prix dans un hotel 3* . Les meubles sont usÃÂés et la chambre est vieillottes.

we call the hotel to advise them of our late arrival only to be told that there was a mistake there was no room available after I had confirmation of a reserve room.Needless to say it was a nightmare to find another hotel late at night.

I got a room with NO view at all. The window was on top of the room to not have any view at all.
The photos on the website shows for a proper room , but when you get to the hotel, they assign you a room with no view. The hotel doesn’t want to change it either as it is booked through Booking.com
Your staff were easy to understand. Were clear with direction and amenities. We did make the mistake of having our phones switch to the Quebec time zone and were late for breakfast. The lady there was so helpful and helped us get what ever was left over, yogurt, bagels, fruit and muffins together to have a filling breakfast. She was the highlight of the stay.

The room was horrible. A small window above my height, dirty shower, dirty floors, noisy, etc. I would never go back or recommend this place.

We didn't like that a room attendant didn't clean our room everyday , we had to get clean towels ourselves. I didn't leave a tip because they never attended to our room .
