Auberge Bouctouche Inn & Suites

Ma rservation exigeait une chambre au rez de chausser a cause de notre ge et difficult monter les escaliers (absence d'ascenseur). En faisant ma demande je l'avais bien prcis. (2 personnes Sniors) . Pas d'autres chambres disponibles.

Very friendly front desk/housekeeping staff; well-maintained standard hotel. Fast wifi w/router in spacious room w/2 comfortable queen beds, microwave, & medium-sized mini-fridge (no freezer); bathroom w/large vanity, decent towels. Free washer/dryer use.

Brown shower curtain made it somewhat dark & difficult to see in the shower stall. No fitness centre; very basic continental breakfast; no coffee maker in room, & coffee from breakfast available until empty.

Rooms are spacious and clean

the breakfast is a little disappointing. They have varieties of bread and cereal and oatmeal, coffee and tea; but it would be so much better if they also had some fresh fruit available and some yoghurt.

Excellent stay. Very reasonable price and great to have continental breakfast in bright room.

Noisy fan

Love the location and the staff is very helpful.

The carpet in room 106 was dirty. And no maid service on Tuesday. This should have been explained at check in.

CleanGreat bedsGood breakfast Close to the highway

Comfortable beds, nice staff. Local beaches, seafood and Acadian culture are fabulous!

Side of the motorway. Nice enough breakfast, but all disposable plates and cutlery. Not very eco friendly despite all the local efforts.

Excellent light filled room with a view. The breakfast covered all the food groups.

I would have liked to have had fresh fruit available.

Clean room and comfortable beds, fridge.

Breakfast was not up to standard: fruit from a can, anemic looking so-called scrambled eggs, sugar coated cereal, porridge in a sachet pouch. The stairs , no elevator.

We are never disappointed coming here. It is our place to stay when we come to visit our family each year. The breakfast is delicious. The staff are very friendly.

I wish they had Roku on the TV like home. The cable TV channels are not great. With roku at least there is a selection.. There is something to watch.

This hotel was great! It’s probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. It smelled clean as soon as you walked in. I loved that there were no carpets in the room or throughout the hotel. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was good. The standard scrambled eggs, bacon, toast, cereal etc. great location. I would stay here again!

Clean and the bed are very comfortable

The AC is really loud during the night it woke me up often

Breakfast was okay but pretty basic. Heavy on carbs. No fresh fruit (only canned fruit salad) or pastry (just bread for toast). Great coffee and access to hot water tap for tea at night

Healthier breakfast options

The location was the only good thing about the place, close to my elderly relatives.

No elevator, pillows were too fat, the bed was not that comfortable, no hot tub or pool.

Great location, staff was amazing, breakfast was incredible.

only downfall was the beds were a little smaller then expected. only regret wasn't booking with queen beds

The room was comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was also really good.

Breakfast was mediocre. There was no hot water to make tea. The cutlery was plastic and the plates and cups were paper.

There should have been proper plates and cutlery. It felt like we were camping.

Breakfast was good, clean and plenty of choices.

Everything thing was to our satisfaction.

The room was nice. Staff were great. Breakfast was a bit lacking, and a coffee maker in the room would have been nice.

Nice clean hotel. Friendly staff, great location.

No restaurant, just breakfast buffet.
