L'Escale Hôtel Suites

The staff wasn't super helpful. I called twice to have a crib in my room for when we arrived, and it wasn't there. Also the staff told us that there was no breakfast before 7h30 (we needed to leave early), but there was toasts, fruits, yogurt and more available...The room was good however.

Great place to have family

The food wasn’t the greatest for the patients that stay there. Chicken was blan, rice wasn’t cooked right. It looked like canned vegetables and minute rice, not appetizing at all, depressing for patients that are homesick

Confortable and large room.

The hotel smells strong. The restaurant was closed the 3 days we stayed there. The person in the room next to us smoked inside cannabis and the hotel didn’t do anything. The staff came in the room while we were in without notice.

Clean

We try to call for reservation we let ring a long time 3 different times wednesday 31 no answer.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Ground floor rooms have outside door access which was quite handy

No air conditioning in the room and it was 34 degrees outside. Restaurant was closed without notice

The staff is warm and helpful.The food at le club was very good.The hotel seemed clean.

I didn’t t like the fact that the breakfast was not self service and it was one person serving every body,even though she was very nice.

We stayed there for a week and they never once clean our room … they never took the garbage out and came to replace the towels … when we asked the front desk why aren’t they providing this service the reply was they don’t clean rooms while people are staying there … we need to come to front desk to get new towels and we have to throw out our own garbage … we ask for them to bring towels and garbage bag to our room but they never did. Worst service I ever received from a hotel … I will never sleep there again

No issues with room or staff, room was clean beds very comfortable

I just find the price high for where this hotel is - it is more than a downtown Ottawa or Montreal hotel.

The location was ok.

Beds were too firm. We know that there are beds that are more comfortable. Room 135 bed is to firm.

The service was excellent. Waitress was friendly. The restaurant was clean.

I cannot think of anything. Couldn't have access to slot machine it was also more machines.

Room was convenient to get to and clean.

the only little complaint I have is that there was so much deodorizing spray or ambiance perfume in the room that it was difficult to breathe at first. It was too much.... if there was a lot less it would have been pleasant. Other than that everything was great!!! I just wish there was not a ton of perfume sprayed in the room.

I loved it. Except for the people sleeping right above my family. They made so much noise. Stomping on the floor! Waking us up. I did not have the best stay. Normally this is my favourite hotel but I don’t know. Something has changed. The beds aren’t as comfy as they used to be.
