It was run down undergoing renovation and they still haven't credited me back with their hold charge on my card . Almost two weeks now

That was a good price for a nice hotel right in the middle of Sherbrooke. The bed and pillows were very comfortable !!
Tv remote and choice of channel was poor .
Everything was top-notch, from the room to the excellent staff. Restaurant was good.. the food was great for "hotel food"... tasty and good serving size.
No glass of Wine. Thé pillows are not good.

Staff was very courteous. I felt safe traveling alone. The inside of the building was very well appointed and updated.
Not sure if there is anything that can be done about the outside of the building or the surroundings.
