Motel Le Refuge

Cozy stay, clean room, clean bathroom, amazing water pressure, quiet room, great location, very polite and helpful staff.

The manager was cery kind and welcoming and the room was great

It was on the smaller size so not too much traffic

House keeping never came around, all you could hear was the traffic so it made it hard to sleep, the rooms felt small

Clean, convenient with good parking

Great location, wonderful manager. Easy process and great price. It was nice and not fancy. Happy to spend one night there with our pups.

Would have liked an ice machine. Rooms were very small and we had to crate our pups because you cannot have them on the bed.

Clean and convenient location. Close to the town but right on the busy road so quite noisy.

Noisy from the main road.

Location

Tub could have been cleaner; absent front desk people; they said no housecleaning but to come if you needed to front desk and office was twice locked

Location

Cramped, no air conditioner on hot night, staff on restricted accessibility

Very clean, comfortable beds and nicely renovated rooms!

Nothing I can think of.

Clean, basic hotel with no added or optionally added amenities. Loud - sound between rooms.

Cheaper than most.

Incredibly strong chemical smells... Even though I asked to avoid strong-smelling cleaning products, with hours of ventilation and even open door+window for a while, it still lingered more than a regular hotel room. Also facilities are quite worn and not well maintained. Noisy road and thin walls.

Good for the arena. Clean. Equipment ok.

Use it as an overnight stay in order to tour Bishop's University so was very convienent. Very clean but also very small but served our purposes perfectly.

Kind staff and a clean room

Not a single plate or bowl in the room and far away from the downtown

Room was well kept, clean, comfortable. Although we never used it, there was a coffee maker ready just in case we wanted a cup. The bed was comfortable: not too hard, not too soft.

Can't think of anything I would change. Everything was to my liking. Only thing I didn't like: my available time to stay was too short. Look forward to go again.

The owner was very friendly. Very affordable and clean.

Some street noise.

Price was great

Noisy plumbing from other units. Poor sound insulation.

We were travelling. It had everything we needed, a comfortable bed, a clean bathroom, free parking.

Not that we didn’t like it but we would have really appreciated a couple more pillows, maybe a bit firmer.

Location , clean, comfy bed, and good value

The room was very well organized and spacious. The bed was very comfortable, and the place was very tidy and clean.

Nothing particular comes to mind
