i liked the cleanliness of the room, the hotel was very quiet, staff was very courteous and helpful. Also the fact that a hot breakfast was included was a bonus each morning we stayed there.

First the price is higher than the one in your site. Second, no absolutely no ENVIRONMENTAL CONSCIOUSNESS. Everything use is plastic, plastic, plastic glasses, utensils, plates, etc. In 2022, this should not be acceptable.

C'est un bon hôtel rapport qualité-prix pour relaxer ou pour faire des activités dans la ville puis seulement venir dormir. Le déjeuner était excellant.

Beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean

The electronic card system wasn't working when we got there at night after a 6-hour drive. The person at the desk refused to let us in and made us wait for over 20 minutes with all our luggage before escorting us to the room. He also refused to reveal his manager's name and literally said she had no business card. However, we saw a stack of the manager's cards on the desk when we went down in the morning. We still didn't have an electronic door card in the morning and couldn't leave the room. When asked about a discount we were basically laughed off. Not staying there ever again.

There is construction but on the one side of the building but you don't hear anything. Modernizing.

Price, air conditioner was so loud I had to shut it off to be able to sleep. Breakfast was par at best.

The front desk was able to provide us with packed breakfast foods to go when we had to leave at 6am both days of our stay.

Bathtub wouldn’t drain, fridge wasn’t cooling and I couldn't find any controls to adjust it.

The staff on the front desk were very helpful.

Four out of five days the main part of the breakfast was a pre-wrapped sausage and egg and cheese on an English muffin. Was not bad but not great either. On the day I checked out, there was scrambled eggs, bacon and home fries which was great. Would have liked to see this every day.

Would not recommend because of unreliable staff

Was quite upset that had asked for a ground level room, while the premises were almost empty, and was LIED to saying the place was full!!!

They could remove the carpets in the bedrooms. They are dirty and not very hygienic.

Bed and room with microwave and refrigerator was great. There is an EV rapid charge station across the street.

Breakfast was really poor because of covid and price was quite a bit high also because of covid ( Everyone is travelling inside the Province so occupancy was high this summer) . Quality/ price ratio suffered because of that.There is an EV standard charge station at this hotel.

Location very convenient. Staff friendly.

Carpet in rooms

One of the receptionist was being so rude to me just because I'm innu/ native. One of the housekeepers let us know that she's not nice to anyone. She wouldn't allow us to buy juices for the children at the front desk canteen.

Disappointing stay

Breakfast was minimal. Wifi was not working for one night and no one responded at reception.

Not a good night sleep. Access to the room on 2n floor required to go through stairs only located à the end of each corridors

The hotel was the answer for our needs. The staff were pleasant and helpful and the breakfast excellent. Even more so now that Corn Flakes are included. The bed and pillows were really comfortable. My only complaint is that the carpets in the rooms (we have stayed in several different ones over the last 6-8 months) are very dirty and either need to be cleaned or replaced with a more hygienic substitute. We stayed each time on the ground floor.
