Pros +
- Restaurant et proximité de tout.
- The hotel was in a fabulous location. Having a balcony overlooking the water was spectacular. The room was very clean.
- The best thing about this hotel would be the location. It adds to its charm. Being by the beach was truly beautiful and having a pub (le Ketch) next door was convenient as well! The hotel room was cozy and clean. The staff was super nice and helpful.
Cons -
- Nous devions demander pour avoir des serviettes.
- I do not think I have ever seen a toilet that short. It was very hard on the knees to get up and down from the seat. If they are trying to cater to an older population or people who have any kind of mobility issues I suggest a ¿comfort level¿ toilet.
- One element that I would change, is the hairdryer. The power was too low on the highest setting, it wouldn't be too much of a problem during the summer- but for the cooler seasons, I don't want to blow-dry my hair for over an hour just to not get sick.

-suprisingly quiet eventhough it was full -very clean -no carpet -the océan view -really good restaurant with a view
The bed was comfortable
The room was spacious, comfortable and clean, with a good sized mini-fridge. The bathroom was clean as well and provided a functional space. The restaurant is good, and reasonably priced. The whole staff was helpful and very friendly. Great view.
The decor was a bit outdated but it's a minor quibble.
Location. Very good restaurant.
Location on the water, spectacular view, quiet ambiance
Very steep staircase to second floor, room card entry didn’t work, had to change rooms. Room smelled musty.
Clean room, comfy bed with great view. Dinner at the restaurant on site was amazing.
NA
I liked the fact that (because l was not happy with the room l initially had ) the receptionist, Johann! appointed me to a real nice room with an unobstructed view of the beautiful St.Laurence River.Comfortable room with a good shower and good bedding.
The restaurant.Although a cosy looking restaurant ,the food l had( fish and ships) was saltless, the French fries not crispy at all and the tartar sauce had no taste at all.I would not recommend it.My husbands steak and fries not much better.
The restaurant; the situation; the quietness
The maintenance of the room could be improved, e.g. two lamps were not functioning
We had a room facing the river. It’s a pretty spot. The website pictures are accurate Staff were friendly. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. Both were excellent. Be sure to make a reservation beforehand if you are planning on dinner. It is busy!
Lovely sea view room, with table and chairs outside overlooking the river, nice clean room - all new, double bed, new bath in bathroom, fridge, TV, desk and chair.
Good area, amazing breakfast, good view. Only stayed one night, so it did the job
there were flies all around the room and I counted 3 spiders from what i saw… One of the walls had dirt or something on it
Breakfast and supper great. Beautiful spot with boardwalk along the water.
Nothing, all good
Easy to locate, off the main road.
The rooms were not ready when we arrived 2hours after check in time. We got our rooms 2h45 min after check in and had to wait.Rooms are tiny, twin beds. Bathrooms are tiny, narrow, only a toilet stuck to the bath ans the sync is outside the bathroom and also small. Room had a small smell of toilet. They gave us the room directly next to the kitchen so we hears kitchen staff talking and working until 11PM. We also heard every step of the room above us, very noisy. Beds were lumpy.
The hotel had all the accessories, small shower gel, body cream and separate hand cream, very nice.
The room was noisy at night because the refrigerator was working loudly and something was clicking near the balcony. the room was also a bit dirty.
The Restaurant attached to Hotel was excellent food well priced but really good menu both as evening meal and breakfast the views from it and room were superb
I would reccommed that travellers book any room but the economy room (Described as small by Booking Dot Com) as it was very tired and the beds uncomfortable toilet did'nt work and paper thin walls
The restaurant was exceptional in quality and menu choice for both main meal and breakfast the view from all rooms is outstanding with really good sunsets
The room was poor Its described as small by booking dot com but economy by hotel it is in old part of hotel when it was a motel and beds uncomfortable and paper thin walls tried to upgrade at hotel but it was fully booked the shower was old and fixed. I would recommend that if you stay here you book the superior rooms which looked al lot better
Location
I had the Romantic Room and the bathroom is extremely small. Now if your a person that is a little big your going to find it tight when using the toilet. For the price of this room all things should be comfortable.
Very quiet room right on the waterfront, with patio door for easy access to front yard and beach. Clean and spacious room was good for family and dog -love that they welcomed our dog (few accommodations do in Gaspesie)! Comfortable beds and good shower.
There were no options for a quick and simple dinner within walking distance. The dine-in restaurant was a bit too much for us (and had no outdoor seating that we could use with the dog). The pizza place and cantine across the street closed at 7:30pm (on a Saturday!). We ended up having to get in the car to go to a Tim Hortons 10 minute drive away -and got there just in time before they stopped making sandwiches at 9pm!
