Quality Suites

This is just beside main the road and backing onto river view....

though the property had what i was looking for...It didnt handed over in a proper clean manner...there were few trashes left around and the toilet was not clean. also the propetry can maintain backyard well so that the property's river view will be good

The room was reasonably clean and cozy. It was very conveniently close to the shrine of Ste. Anne-de-Beaupre and the Marie Beaupre Restaurant, as well as shopping facilities.

The stove was not clean and there is dirt dust on the baseboards in the bathroom. Plus there was pinkish mold around the back edge of the bath tub. We could have used more hand towels in the bathroom also.

The location is the only positive thing about this hotel, it's truly well placed and within a reasonable distance to everything.

Yes, pretty much everything. We were there for 4 days and our room was never cleaned, beds were never made and we had to ask for clean towels and soap. We had one regular size bed and a pull out one, the sizes of the beds were also disappointing; too smal

Location

Old. Wallpaper was really bad, hung up with tape and staples. Towels were threadbaren, and the bed was too small for 2people.

Huge room! Suite of 4 rooms/areas plus a balcony!

Very dated. But size and cleanliness made up for it!

Hotel staff accommodating; suites nicely sized & furnished; partial view of seaway was a bonus; laundry care available; breakfast described as limited but had hot entrees included; on hwy w/convenient access to restaurants & grocery.

Lighting a bit dim in rooms. LED conversion would brighten and reduce energy consumption, but this is a bit picky although a good long term goal.

The young man working at the desk was great. We tried to stay there the night before but his place was full as was every other hotel within a 5-hour ride (we were on motorcycles) but then he found us something nearby. He made a great effort to help.

Nothing, We were three men and the suite plus the cot they provided gave us each a bed and lots of room to wait out the rain (continuing from the previous response, this was the night after they helped us find something when they were full.)

The rooms were great, the suite had a stove top which was handy. The murphy bed was nice. Overall it was a pretty good experience. The place could use a couple renovations, but it was great for what we needed.

The furniture were a little old, and the fridge was a little old. Overall for the price it was better then expected.

Spacious room, comfy bed, friendly staff, outstanding breakfast, free parking and free wifi. Quiet location within walking distance to the Shrine... the wonderful balcony with view of the River behind the hotel. Just amazing. I will go back.

My only complaint is I wanted to stay longer and could not...due to MY schedule.. no negatives comments what so ever.

Nice staff and had decent breakfast

Location, and nice room

tout

rien

It was a good breakfast, had a good selection of food .

Area was a bit small for the amount of people who were there.

Hotel breakfast nice way to start the day, Very clean dining area, good selections, both hot and cold, with TV to catch news + weather. Room exceeded my expectations, large and so comfortable. kitchenette, sitting area with balcony + Beautiful views of St, Anne's, +the St. Lawrence river, and the sunrise. Entire staff very friendly, front desk exceptionally helpful with info making my trip easier

wider choice of fresh fruit maybe, but my visit was in December so limited variety is understandable

Convenient for stores and church.

Heater is smells.

Loved the room we were assigned to, had one room a kitchen. Made our stay easier

A vacum cleaner was left in our room but we took it to the hall ways lol everything was fine

Close to Mont Sainte Anne, nice view

Bad value compared to the price, basic breakfast, not super clean

Location, clean and friendly staff.

The ladies at the reception were very efficient. The rooms and washrooms were very clean and comfortable.Very close to St. Anne's church and very convenient.

The breakfast could have been better(eggs and sausages). Our stay was only one night so there is nothing more I have to say.

Very clean and comfortable close to restaurants
