Stained towels, hair in sink, mold in bathroom, not even a plug for the tub. Neighbors kept us up alllllll night

Service was friendly, Room was fine, Cleanliness was not great, but not unexpected given the price and type of place. There were clearly recent renovations and some work is being done on the place to modernise it. The bedding was clean as was the shower and bathroom overall. Could absolutely use some dusting and a deep clean, but it's a motel that is accessible and near everything so you get what you pay for. I was travelling with a service animal and they were very welcoming, so I am grateful for that positive experience.

Could do with a deep clean, dusting etc. There was no shortage of traces of insects on the ceiling/wall junctions. Our soap dispenser was empty, but it's fine because we had our own. No elevator to go to the upper floor, so as long as you remember to ask for a ground floor room you'll be fine

Availability of hot water and clean linen

The motel stank of an unpleasant smell. The rooms in the hotel are rented to classified individuals, they are noisy and did not let you sleep until 2 am. You will definitely not rest in a motel. It is garbage!!!

Very comfy bed and very spacious

Bathtub cleanliness was less than desireable

The staff was very friendly. We arrived quite early and they managed to get a room ready for us almost right away even tho we were hours before check-in. We really appreciated that because we were tired from our trip and had two cranky kids with us. The room was clean and the beds comfy. It was a super short walk to a beautiful beach. Lots of restaurants around and a corner store right outside the motel.

I liked the location.

There was a shortage of toilet paper and shower gel.

Excellent small motel. Small table, fridge and microwave included were a bonus. Excellent internet. Downtown location close to bars and restaurants. Comfy bed, and lots of light in the room.

Only complaint is that the water in the shower wasn't hot in the morning.

Although a "traditional" motel, two story, wooden, this place seems to have been recently renovated and looks as good as new. Bed is excellent. Furnishings are simple but functional. And the location is very good, right across the road from Round Lake (walking path in winter) and next to a convenience store.
