    Pros +

    • The front desk at check-in was horrible. I think that with her my experience start bad. I put 7 for staff because the staff at bistro are excellent however the front desk was horrible.
    • The staff and the meals.
    • Resort on a beautiful lake, staff were extremely helpful. Room comfortable and rustic.

    Cons -

    • The check-in is 4pm and the rental equipment closed at 5pm, and the check out is 10am and the rental equipment opened 9am. Then the client doesn't have much to do. It is a nonsense schedule.
    • Book a room with lake view, struggle to see any water trough the branches, understanding that nature is not contrôlable, room should be advertised as Partially lake view, disappointing for the money .
    • The swordfish was dry unfortunately and the burger at lunch wasn’t great but the staff was incredible.

Beautiful place with great amenities! Bed was comfortable and staff were incredible and kind!! Huge shoutout to Normand who helped us with an issue we had with wood for our fire. I’m blown away by the staff, the service was impeccable. Front desk staff was also excellent!! Will be back for sure

The swordfish was dry unfortunately and the burger at lunch wasn’t great but the staff was incredible.

    Cleanness, Friendly staff

The Bistro, the Thai soup was in fact all onions and super salty. The food at the bistro was not great

    7EstherPosted on: 9-23-2024

the lake was absolutely amazing and so was the staff.

The room we got which was supposed to be a,lake view room was very small and the mattress was not very comfortable The spa was overcrowded and the water was not very clean.Food; entries were nice but the main dishes were ordinary

    Bad

Room sold was lake view but room had no lake view. False advertising

    4DimitriPosted on: 7-20-2024

It was close to a nice lake

The food was of low quality and over priced. My wife and I were both sick. There are limited things to do, there are activities but nominé tells you about it. The water went off for a whole day, people were coming to the rooms with buckets to flush the toilets. We said hi to the manager 3 times and every time he ignored us completely.

Everything was perfect, location, activities…You can be busy for whole day and enjoy the private sandy beach. The water was so clean!

I stayed for 4 days, during our accommodation no one came for room cleaning and it make me disappointed..

The beds were very comfortable, and the mattress, duvet and pillows had excellent quality. The room had a coffeemaker Nesspresso and a fridge. the microwave was in the corridor. The check-in was a bit slow but very polite and they gave all the information. The beach was excellent and had many activities.the bistro had a beautiful area but the food was not as good as it was supposed to be.I didn't try the restaurant, costly and did not have as many choices for food. The swimming pools and hot water pool were very nice. The animators in hotel were very friendly.

    the Food

Hot tub , beach activity , spa, property. Staff is decent & helpful, not many English speakers.

The rooms are too small & old. Creaky floors. Food is expensive, not many options for restaurants.

Free Wifi / Free Electric chargers for EVsA lot of activities (free and not free)Swimming pool and SPARestaurants on-site

Wifi is really bumpy in some places, and streaming services are blocked, unless you use a VPN.The hotel is really lost in the woods, restaurants are not cheap and value for money is low. (same in Saint-Michel-des-saints)Minimum 100$ for lunch or dinner at the Bistro (2 adults + 2 kids - 7 and 10). It’s closer to 200$ at the Red Cerf. Food is ok, but average.Everything is buffet like in an all-included resort. But they add amandatory tip/service fee of 15% for a buffet…Overall I spent $1200 for the hotel and $800 for the food. So compare prices with Condos because rooms are not really big.I don’t think we will come back again. Tremblant offers more options and similar prices.

Location was amazing, they offer plenty of activities, pool, sauna and jacuzzi as well as bathrobes and pool towels that you can change anytime. The restaurant is pretty nice, calm atmosphere, generous dishes but pricey.

Small rooms, really not comfortable for a family of four, tiny bathroom and no housekeeping for a 2 day stay

    9Terrync3Posted on: 2-9-2024

All the accomodations, pools, sauna, spas.

    Room feel a bit dated

    9SharonPosted on: 1-4-2024

We loved the remote location & being surrounded by lakes in the region. The breakfast buffet was fantastic! The staff at reception and restaurants were friendly & helpful. Good range of winter activities available but due to lack of snow (not the result of the resort) many options were unavailable.

We were located on the third floor in one of the further buildings with no lift. With lots of luggage, this was very challenging. I would suggest requesting an accessible room if you have lots of luggage.

The outdoor spaces were great. Beautiful trails and the beach and water activities were super as well. The staff was accommodating and really nice.

The room was noisy and the food was expensive at times for what you got.

Staff was amazing and all nice. So many activities to do for any age. The beach was beautiful and clean. Very laid back. Food was delicious. Staff was incredibly helpful and available.

Good location, good meal (lit bit expensive in the resto and affordable in the Bistro). Beach is amazing.

Room is outdated, sauna in the SPA is small.
