Aubergélit

Location. Clean rooms. Breakfast.

One of the beds in our room did not have a reading lamp.

We stayed in the Family Room with ensuite bathroom on the ground floor. The room was spacious, spotless and nicely decorated. We had a very comfortable stay. We were offered a coupon for a free beer at the local micro brewery which was just a short walk away, where we enjoyed sunset drinks next to the marina. Breakfast was adequate (fresh pain du chocolate from local bakery, yogurt, etc). We would stay here again.

The hosts were pleasant but not overwhelmingly warm like others we met on our tour of the area.

Super Clean , great host, excellent breakfast

Super clean, great location, use of whole house and yard

Nothing to dislike

Breakfast and location were excellent. Overall, an excellent experience.

Bed was a bit small but was very comfortable.

Location is good, the Gite its a beautiful traditional house, with good parking and the host was very friendly and cordial. Very good communication.

Breakfast was ok, but I expected more elaboration on the food. The AC in the room extremely noisy.

fantastic location! 2 min walk to the St. Lawrence. Partner enjoyed the shops in the town and great dinner .. all within walking distance

Everything about this short stay was pleasant. Nice accommodations, pleasant staff and nice breakfast to start the day.

Easy to find, comfortable, clean and quiet after 10pm, good wifi and excellent breakfast. Close to walking paths and the pier on the St. Lawrence for a nice experience. Overall, great value for money.

Nothing really - room and bed were smallish.

Clean, nice continental breakfast with fresh pastries, fruit and cheeses. Walking distance from most things to see.

Very small room. No TV. Shared bathroom. Only a 1 hour window for breakfast.

Location

Rigidness of proprietor on breakfast times and check in times, seems to be organized to his convenience versus customer. Although polite we did not find him friendly. Bed was too soft and room very warm . Breakfast was average.

The breakfast was excellent!Friendly staff.Amazing location

Uncomfortable double bed in the family room.

Good location, clean and unpretentious.Lovely breakfast. The host was extremely helpful and informative.

Nothing - everything was excellent

The breakfast is very good with rich fruits which is like a bonus for the day. My husband arrived earlier than expected check in time. The nice landlord let him in once my husband arrived. And he is very touched by everything the landlord did for him. absolutely recommend to everyone.

Wonderful relaxed alternative to a motel for an overnight stay on a road trip. Will likely stay again if available on my travel dates. There are a fair number of restaurants nearby. For those needing an EV charge, there are Petro-Canada chargers on the other side of A20 (when they work)

Walking distance to St. Laurence River, restaurantsand nice park with wood sculptures behind the house.

Can’t think of anything…

Very nice, clean and cozy place. Delicious breakfast

The location, our host and the great mix of guests. Also the proximity to fun evening dining.

Having to come up and down the main stairs in full view of the people at the breakfast tables. The bed is a bit home made, but comfy. A/C in the room would have been better.

Exceptionally clean. Down the street from great restaurants and the St Lawrence River

Good

bathroom would need updating
