Nobody at reception, could not get rooms earlier even though the hotel was almost empty

Very comfortable apartment near the water park. Well stocked kitchen, huge bathroom with bathtub. Also nice bar on site.

Quiet and clean. The restaurant downstairs was friendly with delicious food.

It was a great location and close to all the activities we were doing. It was clean. I also liked the self check in and out.

There’s no actual staff on site. The cleaners left the garbage and stuff on the chairs outside the unit. The beds were uncomfortable and the unit itself had some damage like holes in the walls and carpet lifting, nothing that affected our stay though.

Liked that the 4 teenagers had a separate room

Really outdated and things were old and breaking. Beds were so hard that I slept on the floor on a blow up mattress with my toddler the 2 nd night. Even the older kids complained. It wasn’t clean there was old food left in the fridge and the toilet paper was soo incredibly cheap it was like sand paper. Wanted more pillows and there was no staff there. Called from down stairs at 5 pm and was told to look in a closet ….

Good communication. Not to far from Valcartier village.

Need a microwave on the place when you have kids. The basement look like haunted.

No possibility of an early check-in and had to wait 2 hours with kids.

We didn’t have breakfast at the Auberge.

We anticipated having breakfast on Monday and Tuesday but the restaurant was closed. There was free coffee which we appreciated. We were not informed of the restaurant closing for breakfast.

Proximity to water park. Clean.

I stayed there for two days and didn’t see a staff member once.

The condo was more like a cottage or a cabin. The facility was great, and the grounds had like a park setting. The children enjoyed the outdoorsy experience. There is a restaurant on property for meals.

Breakfast was not included.

Excellent location to church where funeral was. Good food. Excellent breakfast!

Beds were very uncomfortable. Very hard. None of us slept

It was clean and the staff were very friendly!

The mattresses were uncomfortable to sleep on. We could feel the coils and it caused my husband to have much back pain

I liked that it was close to our destination

The beds were really uncomfortable, and the shower knobs came off in your hand, and the water was hot and cold constantly throughout your shower

It's very clean. It is near ice hotel and parc bora.

They have less staff. The receptionist is also their waitress. So, when we were ready to checked in, we still had to wait for her.

The room is spacious,clean and comfortable. The food is good. It is 3 minutes drive to the water park.

The location was perfect for our purposes.

There was no staff around on Monday or Tuesday and no food service available until Wednesday at 11 am. The building desperately needs renovation.

It has a nice restaurant that’s open until late.

A/C was as low as 11 degrees in our room and you can not control it.
