The superintendent came out at 1am in the morning to give us the key after we waited for 1 hour as the online agents told us there was nothing they could do.

The access is easy, and the beds are comfortable. Great staff reachable on the phone.

The room is spacious and very confortable.

I had to call the reception because they didn't pass one day and since i had the towels for 3 days i wanted them to change them. Also they mention when you rent that the sheets are changed every 3 days. Mine were never changed in five days and they never made the bed .They have no directions on how to use the tv.

It was clean.

It was a basement room! No air conditioning. No cable tv and there was no reception and I did not know how to get access to my room.

Modern and clean

Staff work remotely. You use pass codes to enter building and rooms. I prefer staff on site.Very professional by phone.

The rooms and bathroom were really spacious. Value for money we paid. Cooperative host.

I’m a firefighter, so I notice things, the dips in the floor and the floor feeling spongey, tub needs to be caulked on the sides, I had a tub and the surround support isn’t strong enough for the weight of a full tub and the caulking between the tub and surround separates with a full tub, the deck access stairs are not properly level. The owner/handyman did a good job for the most part don’t get me wrong. TV should have an extension mount.

Clean modern and comfortable. We are English speaking only and our instructions were in French, so we weren't sure what to do, but an employee happened to be there and helped us our. We were three couples in 3 rooms and all enjoyed our stay.

Very clean, I enjoyed the access code system which lets you enter and leave at any time you want.Staff was friendly and helpful.

Room sound insolation was not ideal, could hear any noise in the common area.View from the basement level was not very interesting.

Surprising how good and easy are the facilities

Quienes and easy to find, totally clean

It was the only availability not far from Jonquiere where my family had to evacuate to, due to forest fires. We took a taxi from Jonquiere 20 km.away. There were no restaurants nearby. Closest was a 35 minute walk.

Room was okay as were the beds. The only problem was it took almost 10 minutes for hot water to come in the shower. It was difficult standing there waiting while only cold water came.

Spacious room, good equipments (table, armchairs, fridge, coffee machine)

No check in desk which made things tricky to get the access codes given the fact that we had to look for wifi access points.

The place was clean and very well located

I didn’t like the fact that you could hear everything in the room next to us…. The lady cough all night and I could hear them talking really clearly…. Really need insonorisation !

Very spacious room, very clean and modern. Caretaking staff very friendly.

The shower, toilet and sink are on a raised level, higher than the door entrance/walkway. Be careful and mindful of this because each of ys took a tumble and could have severely injured ourselves, but luckily did not.

the noise the doors make. the 1st night, someone came in at 4 in the morning, coming in and out a few times and then proceeded to sing…. the second night, 4 couples left around 6 in the morning, in and out a few time and each time, the loud doors kept me up. we don’t hear traffic but from the inside, you here everything and everyone.

I really liked the fact that it was a new motel, I like that it wasn’t cards to open the door but a number, therefore there would be no questions of “oh did I lose the card”

It was not isolated very well you could here the conversation next door.

Hotel is brand new, great place to sleep at night after a long trip, in our case. It's a self-service place (first time I see that), so you get the password to access your room by email, which was great because we check-in at night. The room has wifi, a mini fridge, microwave. Outside they have a bonfire, but we couldn't use as it was raining.

The only negative aspect is that the bed was not really clean, but overall the stay was very good. The place has been renovated recently, it's neat... I'm sure we were just unlucky with the bed. Honestly, I was so tired that I slept like a stone after the day on the road.
