- Firepit (we had to light up ourselves) Rooms are very nice and spacious By the lake (a lot of mosquitos) If you want you can rent a boat and fish but fully booked
- Breakfast was really good. It is a beautiful property on the lake and good activities.
- Great food we ate all meals within the hotel during our 3 day stay because we found it so delicious.. we also liked the almost olympic size pool, the Canada geese families on the hotel grounds the great playroom for the children and the view from our hotel room window
Cons -
- ¿Asked for late check out said no and then came bargin on our door at one minute less of check out to make us stress. That got me very mad and will never return because of that. ¿Missing entertainement ¿Food is not that great ¿No privacy on balconies
- Time to change the old filter coffee maker in the room for a Nespresso to keep up with the change in coffee tastes
- Very old style decoration Mediocre restaurant and very messy and slow serviceBreakfast is average quality

The location
You have to pay extra for a lot of things. The sofa bed was not comfortable.
Loved the pool and sonas, love the country side and location. The room was clean and spacious.
It was a rainy week-end so could not take advantage of the lake much.Breakfast was Ok but a bit extensive, would be good to have cheaper alternatives in the resort.
View and Access to the lake
No room service, no bed made nor cleaning, double bed room (vs single bed room), 15 % administration fee, on top of 15 % sales taxes and before tip
Location and choice of outdoor activities - simply a stunning location. The quality of the food in the gourmet restaurant was also amazing!
While the food in the gourmet restaurant was out of this world, this was the only dine-in restaurant option. A bar menu would have offered a useful alternative. The kitchenette in the pavilion suite could also benefit from a hob and small microwave/ combination oven.
Everything, it was for my brother they celebrate their wedding ! The staff from the reception to the dinning hall, staff from the bar was perfect, so kind, polite, and they wanted to make us very satisfied. We want to go back in summer !
no all was perfect!
its like a campound, i do not recommend it end of april/may there is not much to do. the food at the restaurant is very good, that was the only good part.i found it expensive for what it is.
excellent all the activities available to the first great swimming pool
why is there an administrative charge on our invoice on top of the tip??!!

- We paid 600$ for 2 nights and had selected a room with balcony (explicitly mentioned in the description) but were told at check in that there was no more room available with balcony. There was the option to book the same room without balcony on booking (currently around 400$ for 2 nights). Fell like I’ve been ripped off. Ended up with a room on ground floor with shared garden with people and kids running past our window all the time with absolutely no privacy. - Breakfast at that price should be included especially given the quality of it (industrial bread, no individual yogurts, bottled concentrate juice, industrial jam…).- quality of bedding is really bad and small - room was not 100% clean, lots of dirt in the bathroom around edges - mosquito nest at the window was completely broken
We did not have breakfast...The beauty of the surroundings The 633 room was excellent and very comfortable...Decor very good
The food was excellent...BUT since this is quite a different type of menu maybe add one or two simpler items would be good especially if one is staying longer than two days.
Uncomfortable isolated expensive and boring
We reserved a lake view and they put us in a room facing a lousy small lake on opposite side. Rooms are very small. Nothing around but an expensive restaurant where a supper cost us $500. No coffee shop or convinrent store. No outdoor swimming pool. Does not look like a resort.
nice view, good indoor pool, very spacious rooms
the restaurant is extremely expensive for the food, they don’t clean it up (our kid dropped cereals on the floor in the morning, we took the same table at lunch - the cereals were still there), the servers were very nice but the people at check-in not always
Beautiful pool and steam room were great for a cool, rainy weekend.
We stayed 3 days at this fantastic place. Indian Summer. It was very pleasent here and we liked the silence and nature around this hotel. The room was very clean and the staff always super friendly.
Nothing. For us it was a perfect accommodation.
very quiet place! hear all your thoughts?
on the site of the institution there is no exact description of the room in which we were and all the activities that are in the complex. For example, the site did not state that the room has a refrigerator, that the microwave is on the 2nd floor (one for all), that the room has only a coffee maker, not a coffee maker and a kettle - there was no kettle ((In activities it is also not stated that there is a sauna and a hammam and a jacuzzi in the center of the aquatic area, so everything was fine, but I would advise the administration to refine their website.
Beautiful area, hiking trail to the waterfall is ? great. Love the steam room and pool. Lunch and dinner were awesome, really tasty ?
The breakfast was the only downer... multigrain or brown bread unavailable, not much fruits. ? and toilet paper harsher than sand..! I requested little something for my wife s birthday when i booked the room and never got anything..
