Excellent location on the edge of Nicolet, close to the Ecological Park of Anse du Port.

Nice tidy bedroom and bathroom.Quiet space.Easy access to the pool and jacuzzi.

What a hidden gem. Loved the hot tub and pool and the secret one on the roof. Incredible spot for a late night soak.

balcony was a wonderful place for a morning coffee and the room was nice.

The hotel had no bottles of water upon arrival. very unusual to not have a bottle of water for the quality of this hotel.

The rooms are dated. there is not a single USB port in the room which is inconvenient in these times.

Apart from the hotel restaurant, no choice around. The indoor swimming pool was out of order.

A nice comfortable bed and a spotless modern bathroom.

We arrived on Sunday and the restaurant was closed. Extremly unconvinient in such a small town. We were not impressed by swimming pool and it turned out that to use sauna there was an additional charge ($55 per person).

At the restaurant food was good but it took 1:15 minutes to get our food. Because of that we missed the sunset and we were to late to use the spa facilites. Very disapointed.

Beautiful location! Had a bit of difficulty with the sofa bed in the room. It was fixed immediately and the young man who fixed it was lovely.

The rooftop sauna was not usable in the evening due to mosquitoes. Install a fan or two and some thermocell repellant devices, and/or citronella candles - a potential investment of only $200 - and the stay would be exactly as advertised. We chose the location for the rooftop jacuzzi so it was a bit disappointing that it wasn't really usable.

Bad first impression with service / under qualified staff at the Réception.Had booked a room with balcony and garden view. But they first place me, 1st floor with a terrace, but terrasse 3’ from cars / parking view ?Went back to reception, but they said no, that it was booked without balcony and no garden view. They required for me to go get my booking papers. Which I did. Went back to the room, got my papers.But once back at the reception, they said it was not written on the booking, they blamed Booking.com for wrong booking, which meant they couldn’t do anything for me.I left the reception sad and perplexed, for I was certain of my booking.Walking back to the room, I decided to read all the paper work, and there it was, written black on white, balcony and garden view !So I went back for the third time to the front desk, and only after making the staff read clearly what was written, did they finally agreed to change the room, according to my booking. Having better experienced staff, would avoid negative impressions, especially first impressions.On all other sides, this hotel is awesome, hence why it deserves better / more experienced and client driven, welcoming staff.

quiet and really clean place with a beautiful small spa. Friendly staff, good food and comfortable beds. The A/C has a central override at reception, and one must ask for using it. This probably because of environmental management of the premise.

There is no level access to the elevator. You have to master the main entrance 8 or so steps. The gym is recognized only by the sign on the door.

Stayed here one night , random choice as we drove through the area. Room was very spacious and clean, didnt really use hotel facilities. Had a picnic by the river just over the road. Good price.

After a long day of traveling and tired of stopping at road side hyway hotels this was a pleasant find in a small town just off the hyway. Being dog friendly it provided a beautiful lawn to wander around and exercise our pup. Quiet and relaxing property was exactly what we were looking for.
